Brilliant news! Out of curiosity, which strain/grower is the culprit? Any of the Montu partner brands?Just had an amazing result with Montu. I found mould in some flower and emailed them to report this with photos, filled out the form etc, and have just received the refund, just 3 days later!

That's a very general statement and you were calling into question your bag of Jokerz that you paid for and I suppose the question is can they same the same about your individual bag which is where your issue is
No I have the same email stating that the prescription should reach the pharmacy in 3 days and to call them after 5 if you haven't heard. I had my review at 10am this morning so the clock is ticking to see how quickly (or not) this arrives. I've ordered early and have plenty left from last month, so I'm not anxious but I am very much watching the responsiveness with caution.Sounds good! Completely goes against my own experiences though, with one prescription having taken 4 days to process, and another currently on day 3, and I also note the "Prescription heading to the pharmacy" email from Alternaleaf now says to call after 5 days, instead of 3 days previously. I'm starting to get the impression there are two sets of patients with Alternaleaf/ Montu where only some have been moved over to the new system.
