Help needed

Hi all.
I have started the eligibility form on Medicann site.
I have to upload my medical records so checked my NHS app, only has a summary of last 5 conditions, the lower back pain doesn't show and in medication section doesn't show previous meds for depression.
Will this be a problem?
Also doesn't give option to download so I am unable to upload to medicann.
So any help with either of these will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, contact your GP and ask for a copy of your Summary Care Record and that you need it to have your older information on it 'for a private consultation'. They should be able to get you all the info you need in hard copy and you can photo/scan and upload

Hopefully they'll send via email attachment then I'll be able to upload.

Welcome, I think it's virtually always a print out, GPs don't seem to like emailing things, hope so for you though

I collected and then took photos on my phone and emailed to clinic

I picked mine up from the GP in person but had to request it formally via email. They were really quick and had it ready the same day

when i requested mine from my GP earlier this year, i received an text message from NHSNoReply with a link to my SCR which was then easy to download and save to send to the clinic

Just a quick update.
Thanks to the help received on this forum, I have now successfully submitted all details to Medicann.
Just need to await a response from clinic.
I got my copy of summary care report emailed to me about an hour after requesting, fast response from GP which surprised me if I'm honest.

For what it's worth, in my case the short SCR summary that only shows some stuff was enough. But I did request the full SCR as well, and while I was told I will need to go in and pick it up in a week, they actually emailed it to me in a couple days, did not need an extra trip to the GP. But by that time I already got accepted as a patient.

Yeah I got it emailed within an hour or 2, submitted and have an telephone appointment a week on Friday.

Had my phone call from Medicann today.
Lady asked a few questions etc.
She said she seen no red flags and was recommending me for eligibility.
She said a Dr would call, Monday, and aslong as he approves then I should be ready to go.

Finally can start this journey and hopefully improve my health and general wellbeing.
Once again thank you to all that offered help and words of support.
If I've picked up the conversation correctly, I should get some sort of notification early tomorrow to say that I can start looking and ordering my meds.
Order by 2pm and should be here Wednesday.
I may well have further questions that some of you may be able to help with but for now I'll have a look through some of the threads on this forum and get an idea of how things work.

You've hit the nail on the head in regards to ordering. You may find you get access even sooner so do check it routinely.

You may see some dummy stuff in your account as ordered/delivered, don't worry about that it's all for testing the account on set up.

Don't get paid for another couple of weeks so just grabbed 10g flower, however the prescription says that it is for 28 days but prescribed 1 to 2g a day...now maths isn't my strong point but surely that will last 5-6 days.
Will I be able to reorder on payday?
Im a little overwhelmed with it all at the minute.

I would ignore the prescription label unless you're new to cannabis. Do what you normally do is my advice.

And yes, you can order as frequently as you like. If you want to do 10 orders of 10g you could. If you wanted to do 1 order of 100g you probably could.
