Pharmacies IPS Pharma

Hi G, I'm with Integro and was wondering if I ordered out of IPS, and it was a discounted bud shown in discounts, does it pass over, or am I stuck with full price🤔
Its currently showing as 7.50 to be ordered in at IPS through Integro so you will pay the £7.50 price. It should be reflected on your basket price before you go to the payment link.

IPS is in fact your default clinic that your meds are sent from and invoiced at IPS prices so your good to go mate (y)

When we quote IPS prices here its basically integro's prices as IPS is their pharmacy

Sorry m8, didn't explain myself well there. On the discount page is some French Macron - not in IPS, in another pharmacy. I was wondering if IPS give me the discount.👍

Just thinking and the £3/g for the French Macaron is for Cannabis Clinic Cardiff patients only as like a Christmas offering but it has been reduced in general for to £5.20/g but I've just not seen it on your clinics formulary ever but I could be wrong.

You are right, my clinic don't stock it, was hoping to shop outside of my clinic. But thanx again, always appreciated 👍

Yes I get you and say you saw Peace Naturals® ASG on Integro for £79 but Montu were selling it for £50 you would request (by email I think )that your prescription be sent to Montu and you would be charged at Montu's prices if that helps any 🙏

Discounted on IPS to £4.50/g (y)

So I was considering putting a prescription in this morning and was going to order one of each headstone products as a treat for Christmas as well as the Huckleberry to offset the price a bit. Unfortunately the headstone flowers need to be ordered in and on looking at my basket on Integro portal this huckleberry expires on the 30.11.25.

I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with how little IPS have reduced this flower considering it's listed as such a huge amount of stock. £1 a g off of a flower that expires in a couple of days. I've noticed some other flowers with near to expiry have not been reduced at all and they seem to be barely reducing other flowers that we have access to.

It really doesn't feel great ATM to be an IPS patient when they are determined not to give us all of the lower priced flowers we see available elsewhere and then then they are near expiry we get minimal price reductions.

If the headstone didn't need ordering in then I might have still put an order in but it seems a little pointless if I will be waiting for the headstone. The huckleberry will be cancelled unless I pay an extra £7.50 to split the script in which case I might as well have just got the Huckleberry at cull price anyway.

I can't help but feel IPS as well as Integro are falling behind many other clinics ATM and it's getting more and more like a money grab for me when there have been so many cheaper strains available elsewhere that we just aren't allowed to access through IPS.

I guess I will be sitting and waiting for some prices to drop again.

Can't believe we got a £1 reduction. On Monday for the Huckleberry when it expires on the 30th November. Thanks IPS. Low priced medication available to your patients clearly isn't something you are bothered about I guess. Lol.

I've been feeling much the same mate, I find it extremely frustrating. I only joined Integro last year after leaving Cantourage and Alternaleaf for the doing the exact same thing - as they were the clinic that seemed to be trying to give their patients a better deal at that time. In the last few months they have basically stopped reducing out of date stock, while others seem to be getting even more significant discounts. Not sure if it's to do with their relationship with ips having changed, but the quality of service has taken a significant nosedive too.

I'm having a really difficult time at the moment and I can't face changing clinics again, but if this hasn't improved by the time I'm due my 6 month review and have to pay, I will just move to Medicann. Both myself and my partner are out of work right now and I'm immobile due to a back injury. I can't afford more than £5g really, but getting anything around that price range from ips through integro is basically impossible, but medicann patients are getting the same flower from ips for drastically reduced rate. I have autism and my sense of justice is extremely sensitive so things like this bother me way more than the average person, which doesn't help matters, but I'm finding it really hard.

Feel this whole comment a lot, I feel like a lot of us autistic people are very similar on this - I've seen it time and time again where we get pissed off in the same ways dealing with MC. And moving clinics feels like I imagine pushing yourself into the spokes of a moving cart wheel would (I've done it, it was for the best, but hated going through it all again - the clinic move, not the cart wheel)

It's good that you are aware of it, I'm trying to be more and more. It doesn't mean you can just let go of it (or I can't) unfortunately, but it does mean you can have that as context and try and find ways to go easier on yourself. There's a whole world of constant injustice to keep us aggravated

Anyway, much love to all, be kind to yourselves, try and be aware of yourselves, and try to only engage when enough spoons are available!

I'm in pretty much the same boat.. I really could not deal with switching ATM. I am also on the autism spectrum so I agree about the sense of justice. When you see everyone around you getting better deals and any attempt at trying to encourage ips to get strains we want get ignored then it leaves a really bad taste for them as a pharmacy.

We are just watching everything go to Medicann at this point all while getting zero clinic fees, cheaper postage and cheaper options.

I've tried talking to Integro and IPS about not getting access to all the 5.50 and less safricanna strains and have been stoned walled basically. They aren't interested in giving us any of the strains we want and won't even let us order many of them from elsewhere even though we can order other stuff from the same company.

I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in the hopes things improve but I as well as many others will just leave. I know some who already have and are very happy they did.

The in stock list seems to be getting smaller and smaller all while the prices creep up rather than down. It's the opposite to what's happening elsewhere with many lower priced strains appearing. It's really not a good look when you are punishing your older loyal patients for building the company up over the last few years all while giving cheaper and better services to other new clinics. I feel like I'm being forced to move and that's just stress and not ideal for my mental health ATM. It doesn't feel very patient led/orientated lately and just feels like they couldn't care less about it's older already existing patients.

from my experience, they will spit the script for you at no cost had the exact same scenario all although with different strains, They sent out low expiry in stock products straight away while i waited for the to be ordered to arrive to them, they phoned me and offered this, they'd rather sell you that meds and lose out on a few quid delivery ----- might not be standard protocol but its what happened to me when lobster and gushers dropped

Unfortunately that's not the experience I had recently when I ordered near expiry and something that needed ordering. It actually arrived to me on the day of expiry after waiting a week and they didn't really seem too bothered about it saying unfortunately it can happen. This was after telling me on the phone it would be cancelled if it wasn't sent out by Friday.

I always had excellent service with the actual pharmacy but since things have changed I've had nothing but hassle even trying to speak to someone from the pharmacy.. the staff at the pharmacy are always lovely but yea, can't say I've been overly impressed with them for the last 3-4 months probably.

Been with them for 2 years and it's only recently they seem to not really have an interest in helping patients get what they want.

Funnily enough I was ready to take a punt in hopes it was all sent out together in time but when I went to order the huckleberry had gone from £4.50 to £6.50 again even though it said expiry soon. That just took the biscuit that bit much especially when Montu ate now offering it at 5.50. I only wanted it as a cheap Strain to bring down the cost of the rest so I am just waiting to see if anything else pops up now. Certainly don't plan to keep feeling like I'm being ripped off compared to other clinics/pharmacies as I know many others are feeling the same as well.

ah dam sorry man by sounds of it i got lucky then really, to be honest i never really looked at other pharmacies before, im basic i look i see i buy not much though in between, will be looking into it more now tbf ive heard Montu is competitive i just assumed ISP would always match being one of the beeg boys - well dam looks like searching for flowers is going to be alot more time consuming hate to think im being ripped off

I was waiting for it as I'm about to order so I was pleasantly surprised to see them at the bottom🙌 ,Big Narstie Golden Runtz has been added too .
That's great to see. It's about time we had a few discounts that's for sure. I've already put a script in to try some.. almost ordered something over the weekend but resisted in the hope something new would be added. Thankfully it has. Lol
