Frank Zappa. That is a name I haven't heard in forever. I personally can't name one Frank Zappa song off the top of my head. Music is a powerful tool for me. I use it a lot. MC has helped me to appreciate music more. As a teenager I was a huge massive Zeppelin fan. For some weird reason I never listened to Stairway to Heaven, ever. I would actively skip it, switch the radio channel,etc. Anyway, I actually heard the song for the first time on YouTube recently. It was were artists performed the song for members of Zeppelin. Loved it. Who knew it was a great song? Anyway, I start MC and I put in earbuds and listened to Stairway to Heaven and it was almost organic listening to it stoned. It was so so so so good.

Anyway, I wanted to share that story because music has improved exponentially for me.

I chickened out on the Korean BBQ. I watched the DAB video. What is Dabbing? What does he do with that resin? How did it taste? I need to know! It left me hanging on the taste.

I have on order:
10g 4C Labs Green Cush (Dr. Dave recommended this as a steady regular)
30g Peace Naturals® Cookies @Lank72 this all on you. Praying I love it!
10g Broken Coast Emergen-C (all my doing)
A packet of berry edibles
30ml T50 (first time using T50)

Currently vaping 4C Labs Platinum Garlic using my Crafty+

I 10/10 dislike the taste of Platinum Garlic. I just vaped and I am trying to remove the grimace from my face that is partly from my tummy pain and partly from the awful horse manure taste in my mouth.

The bag had a mixture of bihs and smalls. Took a photo of this big guy, because he is big and looks great. He does make me feel great. It is a bit of a heavy high. I prefer lying back or lying flat. I have had a few really euphoric moments with him.

Haha. I am calling it a him because it is not gentle.

Trigger warning:
During my time with Garlic Plantinum I took my therapists advice and have speaking to the scared little girl part of me when I have anxiety in bed at night.

Something about Garlic Plantinum gave me the courage to talk to that little girl and tell her that in this bed she is safe. I am in STAR therapy. It is a lot.

Also on my 20g journey with Garlic Plantinum I put down boundaries in relationships and decided to put my self care first. The big decision I made is not to be the venting vessel for those around me. I AM in therapy and I deserve a safe and peaceful environment.

So, for emotional personal development I give Garlic Plantinum a 10/10

For taste I give it a 0 out of any and every number. It is just bad for me. I literally am down to my last 3g and I couldn't be happier!

Edit: it could be 30g of Platinum Garlic. Honestly, the taste has traumatised me.

P.S. I did a million edits because I am vaping and prone to typos. Autocorrect made A into bad. Dude, your video is good. But you left me hanging.

Hello. I am totally still new here.

I have made a mistake already and need to understand the process here.

Actually, I have made at least a couple mistakes. I asked lovely Dr. Dave for something consistent, reliable and good. Then I got here and I was like a kid in a sweeties shop. I was recommended the Peace Naturals®.

Anyway, I asked for my script to be amended, which it was. But I paid full price for the Peace Naturals®.

Do I literally just look to see what is available, contact the pharmacy and then contact the clinic stating what script amd where? That seems so forward and brave and empowering and quite different to all my previous limitations.

Welcome to the forum @Jungalist72 and members of Cannabis Clinic Cardiff like in this case don't have a pharmacy like say Integro do, so in fact have access to all pharmacies equally, so sort of use here for a heads up of what is available and where from, the formularies we track but like you say we are for info only here
