Going to take my little lad down the local nature trail and pond and let him poke it with a stick for a couple of hours

My head cold is a bit much this morning. I have a sinus headache. I want to reach for that Sourdough and get some relief.

Balmy still in the SW. Coldest I have been is in -32C January day in Russia where my hosts, clients I was filming with, cancelled our planned ice fishing as they, hardened hunters as they were, said it was unsafe for me as I did not have a good enough outer coat, as in seal skin with bear fur... But I think they were chilly
Doesn't feel cold at that temp, it's very very dry, you feel very alive too, the problem for me was my eyes watered with no goggles on and eye movement slowed as it slushed up.
So -6 in Scotland, summers day chaps.

The Glass might be the microdose bowl, that usually arrives before the Ruby Twist Ball InjectorSourdough cartridge has been a success apart from the coughing. Maybe I dont need epic draws from it. I pack my capsules kind of tight so I am used to taking a very deep breath in when inhaling.
I had about 2 minutes where I thought I had hit the Zeus too hard with three inhales. I am super fine now. It passed quickly. I think I need to take two good puffs and then wait 15 minutes. 10/10 for my tummy pain.

When the Twist was sold in the uk it did not include the Microdose bowl, that is usually an extra £22 and is a gift as its free

No problem i can guide you through how to use it, its pretty straight forward as you will soon find out, you'll be amazed how much you can taste the flower and it can hit hard, in a nice way, excellent for home use.
