Hi All. Hoping to find help and info. Black Market self medicator since 1988. Severe health problems. Scoliosis, Dic damage to name a few. Can hardly walk and cant travel or go out unaided.
Fed up of black market randomness and shady dealers. I just want to feel well again.

Hi CC. Welcome. GL with ur journey. Soz 2 hear about ur probs, hopefully you'll find something that works. Like everything, nothings perfect. This medical pathway has its floors for sure and I guess ur own medical Rx may stumble upon these at some point or another. It has rapidly been improving, these things take time in a backward thinking predominatly conservative society. Ask questions, but take with a pinch of salt. Exp will guide u thru the storm.
Yeah. I have been looking at half the pharmacies and they are either limited or none on the supply side. Is this just a big shakedown for consult fees and locked in memberships?

May only be registered at one at a time, I switched clinics three times been at Medicann twice and still there.. If you're familiar with cannabis go to Medicann first probs I would suggest too.
I'll go against the grain a little here. I don't think Medicann is the best choice here.
They have some terrible practices, they're not patient centric and ultimately you will no support, ever.
We have a patient on here who is currently banned from ordering for reporting mould twice. They are without medication until it's resolved which could take months, most cases are never even concluded.
I'm a patient there and the only good thing about them is NDD and fast script turnarounds. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. They also have multiple CQC complaints about their prescribing practices.
I know of one patient who was given a 25% limit which has never been enforced. He orders what he likes.
They're good until you have an issue, then you're on your own.
You do have wonderful communities like MedBud for support but imo this can't replace a doctor's support.
I would recommend Alternaleaf first as they've got the largest selection of meds, they're essentially free and you have some semblance of doctors support.
It's one thing to be a seasoned cannabis user, obviously it helps for lots of reasons but most cannabis users don't know about oils, edibles, etc.
I think for new patients it's always good to get an input from doctors on the form of medication rather than just being told to order what you fancy from the formulary after speaking to a receptionist.
Its definitely worth speaking to more than one clinic. I would probably have AL and Integro higher on my list than Medicann but speak to them as well.
