Thanks mate! Yes I was quite surprised and relieved for it to get resolved to be honest. And it's not a great choice is it! But I'm not sure if I can stay with Medicann after how they have treated me to be honest. The grass isn't always greener though so I will have to see what a few clinics are saying this week if I get a chance.

Trading standards would be all over issues regarding defective/faulty product.

Shocking isn't it? Yes I am sure trading standards would be impressed, as mould is a clear quality issue and a refund/replacement should be sorted in a reasonable timeframe, with 'reasonable' almost never exceeding 28 days, and also GMC with regards to restricting access. They have sole duty of care so to do that is totally bonkers. Thanks mate appreciate it🙏😁

I require sleep aid.
I was also used to always picking up oz's on the BM so its odd getting weird 10g amounts for my jars.

Lovely list that mate if I do say so myself, I had the Death Bubba when it was a lower % THC so I hope the extra oomph it has now gets you over the line and into a sedated state. I have a soft spot for the FAAFO team so I may have to revisit their Death Bubba soon.

As far as the bubba goes anything made by FAAFO has good bag appeal I can see that! + this one has people talk of of its effects.
Will share for sure how goes the ol Wizz Khalifamebob. Theres lots to try! But really I want to just stock up on effective medication.

I meant it sounds like they realised they got caught doing something naughty for the sake of money which isn't acceptable or allowed, and then tried to make out everything was ok.

I grabbed 2 then read reviews and all were saying was weak day strain so haven’t paid I did message then asking them to cancel so someone else could get them yet haven’t and so annoyed said 7 super boof i tried to grab 2
But wouldn’t let me even tho said they were there and I was there within seconds so missed that and doubt it’s new price permanently and want to try it as lost some on the bm that looked amazing and purple but looking at the blueberry banana that’s the first actually purple one seen I may have to try that if can get it

It's possible, nay likely. that the surge of patients onboarding has resulted in the usual need to scale up resources rapidly. In turn this can cause staff and patient disengagement, confusion, unclear lines of accountability and all the other stuff requred to run a business.


It also hits the bottom line, probably heavily, which those doing the numbers fight to control, creating internal conflict of purpose.

I'm not intending to suggest they were not in the wrong, merely a possible reason why. Things going wrong are almost inevitable in this industry imho.

Alterna did it to me many times, not mould, the last straw was a lost complaint and a "final reply" from a minion that was copy pasted helped me jump ship as it was unacceptable.

You can cancel it yourself quite easily.

On the dashboard just scroll down to my requests, click on the request and it'll say cancel in a big ass button.

I don't think they would have heard from 2 growers over the mould issue so maybe they do take a few weeks to do an internal review. It's absolutely mental and they've provided no clarity still.

At least you're back on the formulary even if you do jump ship @williemed

I actually thought the Powdered Donuts punched above it's weight strength wise.

@Melek if you're just looking to get THC blasted why don't you use distillate carts?

Ah right I see! Totally possible. There was so much in the way of excuses, backtracking and gaslighting in the phone call, I have really no idea what to think anymore, and there’s every chance that was the idea, but I’ve seen enough and don’t have it in me to get into another punch up with a clinic over mouldy flower.

I would love to know too but the conversation was so all over the place I felt like I was having a stroke and by the end of it have no idea what to think anymore
