Hi and welcome to the Community @Kell, it would help if you mentioned your clinic and what you mean about different strains/grow company/vendors. You will find there are different effects to different flowers/strains with medical, it helps if you can recognise your condition/s then educate yourself which terpenes that are best for you and your health issue/s.
It all may sound confusing but there are plenty of here to help you along with your journey
