The 90g limit would reset on 12th May (28 days) as is noted on the prescription information for “Renewal Date”
My question is, are they harsh/fixed on that renewal date or have patients been able to start ordering again before exact renewal date?
Alternaleaf used to let me request my monthly repeat 21 days into the 28 day cycle. Was particularly handy if running low or new products coming to market.
The issue is when you get to the limit, can’t add any more flower to basket. How long does that “block” last for is my question.
Probably would require a rare scenario where someone orders their entire allowance in one go until they can’t add anymore in basket. How long does that last?

Email them, I'm sure they will respond to your query . I order as and when needed, that gives me a chance to jump on any price drops if they come along. Ordering a whole months worth at once isn't really ideal for me.

They run on a rolling 28 days basis. So if you start by ordering 40g then 30g they reset independently. Not by the calendar month.
The date that the medication is dispatched by IPS starts as the timer
So not the date you ordered, the date that Dr Sunny prescribes, or the date you paid!
Sometimes the system will let you order one day earlier than the date it should which is odd but shhh
The most issues are caused if you order say after cutoff friday, it is prescribed and paid friday but then doesnt get sent by IPS till Monday so the dates get borked

Tldr: They changed things recently. You should have a consultation a month after signing, you need to book this yourself. You cannot get a limit increase by just messaging customer service. You can ask then.

Your limits depends on your Health Condition/s issues. It varies from person to person .
Most people who are signed up to medicann are not new to Cannabis or clinics, the ones who are new to Cannabis or haven't tried it since uni or whatever youll find are treated differently and if you feel you need a follow up you just contact them and they respond very quick especially if your having issues with meds in one way or another or health has deteriorated
Thanks mate but I am looking for something that pings me when a new product or discount pops up I used to get emails through from cannabis healing but it seems they have stopped
