So now having found mould a few times since being on Medicann I can conclude it is unfortunately down to the supplier/producer as to how it is dealt with. So in the case of the gas cake it really would be Ostara that should be commended for the speedy resolution, where
in the case of Big Narstie I am at 6 weeks since reporting with high quality photos and am still waiting to hear anything meaningful. I chase up every now and again and am told things are being chased up and escalated, and was even told to expect a reply from management and the end of last week but here we are Tuesday the week following and still nothing. Then again I emailed yesterday to request an update and again no reply.

So of course I have now had to submit a request to replace mouldy medication at my own expense yet again. I had a little complain in the notes this time as I feel like am being ignored and swept under the rug but who knows if anyone even reads them.

Just received an email stating they have finally passed the report onto IPS for the Tofino, but also that they are 'actively chasing' Big Narstie for a reply and cannot resolve until they get this. I've had enough. 'Actively chasing' absolutely sent me. Run faster than you've been after them for 7 weeks. Or better yet, refund me and then chase them on your own time. I've emailed the COO in case he has any final thoughts on the matter, before I consider seeking legal advice and reporting it to any regulatory bodies. I don’t know what else I can do at this point.

At this point I guess it's a fair bet to stick to brands you have had good favour with

Gorilla kush mate. Yes it’s a sorry state of affairs considering it’s medical all supposedly safe lab tested etc then when you find mould they won’t even stand behind their product. Too busy making stupid YouTube videos trying to lure in more customers rather than taking care of their current ones I guess.

I think I also know why you couldn't order despite it saying in stock recently. Medicann have now implemented max limits per month.

If you want to see what yours is add as many flowers to your cart as you can and eventually you'll see "max: 1" which will be your max limit. However many G you have in the cart when you are "max: 1". That is your order limit. All credit to @Fiddlesticks on figuring this one out.

You're going to have weeks that are worse than others mate, the important thing is to be kind to yourself when things feel worse than usual.

Everything you're feeling and thinking is completely normal and I want you to know that we're all here to talk and get through things with you.

I always advise people eat cake when they grieve. I know it sounds mental but it's super high calorie and low volume so you can have a tiny bit and get through easier.

There's no rules to food mate. You do whatever you feel like in the moment and that's okay. I had Yorkshire puddings for breakfast the over week.

Listen to yourself, if you can't eat at that moment then don't force it and more importantly try to not to beat yourself up for not eating. It's okay and you're not a child.

I'm hoping as we turn into spring and the weather improves a little things may get a little brighter for you. Maybe even get a few of the regulars to get that garden sorted with you!

Now I’m 100% sure there was no set “limit” until just now. I’m thinking this was a quiet response to much of the criticism they have maybe received from others. I noticed these silent limits, st least for myself and friends who joined are quite generous. I really needed some more meds but was at my limit. I didn’t send an angry email, gaslighting blah blah. Just politely asked if the Dr. Would increase my allowance by 20g. 2 emails and 10 minutes later. All good I think they are just trying to cover themselves by initially setting generous limits for all so they didn’t have to work with each patient individually and would only need to when requested like I just did. Treat others the way you want to be treated right. Another win for Medicann!

It wasn’t all that I was quite disappointed had a taste of what my dad would of called pond weed or home grown not skunk and kinda fake flavour yet know wasn’t yet iv realised been looking at the terpenes and stuff and avoided things like garlic gmo so on when there actually the ones i probably want as prefer the gas imoninia Type ones just the names had confused me and definitely wasnt this hard bm but guess most bm isn’t Sativa leaning but yeah if i could find other phone was tempted to try get some bm so be cheaper but I can’t take the risk now just me and another night iv not slept
But have to try grab something sent everyone watching my stuff on eBay with offers for half on most and so obviously watching as must have as if wanted I gave offers so cheap for that they are and they were watching at twice the price but need to list more got 545 items listed and keep reducing yet not getting much luck as really hoped it would pay or help pay my meds

Great question of which I do not know the answer. I even did some research.
Like medicann guernsey existed first to take advantage of a loophole but then there is no legal reason why a UK resident cant use medicann UK even if living on Guernsey.
im gonna say 90% it wouldnt be an issue. Do share your findings!

Right guys I missed cut off yesterday I can’t afford it but need it so gonna have to pick a couple I’d like more than 2 types but probably not possible as no ogkb to try or any strong ones cheap enough or with right terpenes
Iv been looking at the 34 peace natural space cake though has no blue terpenes and lot of yellow but some of one bit made me eat with the llc but I need it to knock me out I need to try find something knocks me into next week yet probably not possible but 75 is really pushing it hopefully I’d use less or get something else if don’t think worth it always missed it on sale expect the Asg one grapefruit

Fire cookies there’s 2 different minis £55 and £65 but saw £55 review said blue cheese yet highly doubt it but

Right guys I missed cut off yesterday I can’t afford it but need it so gonna have to pick a couple I’d like more than 2 types but probably not possible as no ogkb to try or any strong ones cheap enough or with right terpenes

Also been looking at the fire cookies as there’s 2 lots minus one £55 and one £65 I wanted to try grab 2 of the ogkb and then something else but obviously not in stock when I want to try it ever but any help deciding as can’t lift my arms above my head and had ear infection that’s come back twice and no I’m my other ear and feel really really crap iv never had ear infection like this and had them before but this was massive hard lump blocking my ear and used the cream stuff 10 days 3 times and always wash hands so don’t spread anything then realised in my other ear and get so big they split the skin yet don’t burst and won’t as rock hard just re absorb that I’m not sure is very good to push the infection inside my body when got so little immune system as said to dr whsts cream gonna do he said very strong like vasaline but honestly feel so so crap and my d9 vape is not giving me anything properly yet half full so gonna have to try this live resin one maybe that will actually work as not keep and iv got some resins in the fridge yet even the branded like jungle boys I think slightly chemically yet others don’t so once can need to chuck or give them to someone and have to figure way to use Ed’s got as so many yet maybe if I can eat again il be able to deal with them as enough to keep my stoned a while just hate the feeling from them x

Yeah I was just looking at the black amber that’s 75 but 34 % looks like got trics all over it and the fire cookies as someone said it was a knock out and had an old blue cheese taste yet doubt it but did love the blue cheese 15 years ago probably by now
the 24% one for £55 as for another minis £65 so guess must be really small yet nothing can be as small as the carbon fiber and want to try the ogkb but keep missing it and they would be above what want to spend but il use less than 2g a day if was stronger so might even out and I had half bar pollen low grade apple and banana the wrapper said but the smoke wasn’t the best colour and I generally prefer flower like the dark hash and blacks give me that thick headband headache I get from the vapes and Ed’s il have to try this live resin vape see if it’s better the d9 distillate not liking and uc got some plain of that think 10g and then few g of dos I dos one was adding to try to knock me out and all sugers and resins iv tried yet none are for me or the 2kg of Ed’s and 30g is 2,000mg THC so there crazy string and got some that are 1000mg a small jar then some bags 500mg but yeah there not for me and they taste nice but just there unpredictable and I got them in bulk as over doses and off cuts but just as good or would be in liked Ed’s iv even some rick so someone black stuff goes under your only one can’t smoke as purged from alcohol but yeah it’s frustrating as got all that that want rid of and just want flowers that help at least I’m not expecting the world as my heads in a mess but just need to be able to least lift my arms and have less pain as been sick it’s hurting so much today
