Ok, so Curaleaf did not work out for my friend, how is the registration currently on Medicann? Are they extremely strict on trying various chemicals first?
Curaleaf did not accept the one med we had in history, even though it IS a prescription, and did not care about the ongoing therapy as 2nd treatment, so they said we have 0 treatments tried from their perspective. We'd love to get these accepted, as there is absolutely no appetite for chemicals.

I’ve found Medicann registration super easy. Just be honest.

From what I have seen and experienced they do not always bother with the 2 meds thing, which is guidance not the law iirc. They are sometimes shy of taking on complex Mental Healh issues however.

Its the stuff on MedBud that we can't get on Medicann ...yet I hope ! Some very interesting ones about but not with us, yet with some. They do say they are getting some that others have but not yet with us! ...I guess there s some reason why they pay money lol

I am with a clinic but are very pushy with going by what their own pharmacist haven’t approved that bud also it has to be on their own catalogue Montu if not on their list it can’t be written for prescription & could send to Specials Pharma they are amazing, they try their best to get the MC requested by us the Patients. The clinic I am with is Alternaleaf which have been great but are fixed to the decision of their own clinicians , I’ve been with them over 3 years or there abouts now I’m looking for a clinic which would prescribe with MedBud choices & pricing , Specials Pharma are amazing but unfortunately they don’t have their own clinic , so I am urgently looking for a clinic which would be suitable for me and others like me please, there is much more to this story but it’ll take too much timeWonder if it's the wrong contact no because they are starting on the mainland

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with accessing the medication that you need and it certainly is an issue that I hear repeated a lot these days.
I have only been a member of one clinic Medicann. It has a reasonably long signup/switch time and is limited to a portion of IPS pharmacy.
If you are running a tight budget, from what I have seen Big Narstie Medical is currently signing people up/switching with no fees, you are cared for by Integro (Anecdotally better than Medicann) however still limited to IPS pharmacy, albeit the full selection. (IPS holds medicann stock seperate)
Lastly for the problems that you describe the best clinic I have heard of for service and selection is Cardiff Cannabis Clinic.
There are fees of approx £500 per year however you get very good service and the choice of every pharmacy in the UK to order from.
I know that there is supposed to be a freedom to chose who dispenses your medication I have seen @Muiredach post as much a few times.
In practice that seems to be made a difficult or impossible process depending who you are with.
