(August 2025) Jokerz is gone off and mouldy. After opening it and immediately getting an off smell, I showed it to a couple of industry professionals, they advised me to destroy it immediately and report it so here we are. This flower looks like it’s years old and I have had to throw it in the bin. Honestly the worst flower I’ve had in the last 25 years.

This flower is dangerous to consume and could potentially make someone very ill. Especially to people that are immunocompromised. I have attached photos for reference, unfortunately photos don’t smell and my lighting is off.

A shame and I hope the report and investigation goes better for you than it did for me. Tricky because in the photos it just looks old and brown to me, I can't see any obvious signs of mould, so hopefully they will offer to collect the flower from you and do an analysis and not just try to fob you off at the first hurdle. I would be quite interested to hear how this goes for you, because my run in with extremely obvious botrytis was an absolute nightmare. Best of luck

Who told you to destroy it and have you already done so? - that's typically advised against until the investigation has completed and either a) they have it to destroy or b) it was never collected so can be destroyed post investigation.

You've definitely done the right thing in reporting it though, hopefully it's a cut and dry case for you and you get a refund/replacement asap.

This is sad to see and I would personally get them to pick it up as to get an explanation and replacement and it looks like suppliers favourite thing is to not have products returned to them so they can then deny it so I really would get it picked up

No it was a joke. 4C Labs would not refund me.
Now I don't buy nothing from there. Which is a shame really as I probably spent about £3000 on there stuff and I only wanted £60 back for 10g of mouldy weed

Small Batch Craft limits the chances of bad growing practices . They say Craft on some of the labels but overall their 52 strains arent all craft

They always make it out to be a small craft family run operations that have been going for years when they are most probably not

My mate got some discoloured bud and sent them a pic compared next to other green product he received and was given refund almost straight away ,

This was Alternaleaf/ Montu and seen they have refunded other patients for brown discoloured product , i dont know if different for mould as maybe whole batch needs to be pulled but same with Doe jack herer no refund and mould.

I spotted it in jokerz that it was liitle too damp and discoloured and mango cheese has a little of it going on with holding too much moisture in middle
