Yeah this dinosaur here needs to change his habits, I cant even afford to smoke these days I've been spending c.£90/week on baccy. Insane and unsustainable.

90 a week , I thought I was smoking too much spending about 50 a month . Wow that's a lot of tobacco mate. If I shown you a pic of my toe, you would probably think twice about smoking mate, it's why I had to think about stopping smoking. I have a lack of blood supply to my toes and smoking doesn't help this but nor does my diet trying to put weight on all the time.

Sorry for you mate. I got to watch that with type 2 diabetes. So its 80g tobacco/week. I'd prefer to spend that on Pave!

It's hard mate, the ruby will help you quit, the only time I smoke a joint is when we have my partners grandson here, he would be all over my Ruby , plus I don't want him to see me using it. I was going to use my dab pen when he was here, it's not the best, lots of hassle, I'm waiting to buy another vape pen without Coils, probably the pivot but still looking as this is the way to go regarding dabs.

I suggest the best way to dab is a banger on your bowl and blow torch, like my terp slurp from RVS. All these other pens devices are like us going pax mighty then arriving at the ruby. On Discord following the dabbers the puffco peak costing 300+ blocks with dabs! the pens are no better than our crossland. The difference in the hit from a banger is so much cleaner, nicer, tasty, cooler and of course much stronger!

I was thinking how much more flower you could get for that, or anything else, treat yourself when your not smoking, think of all the gadgets you could buy or bits and pieces

I am trying to get hold of some varenicline tablets of the NHS to stop smoking but I am struggling to get them at the minute.
I can get them private but it is £250 for the full course of tablets
I stopped smoking for 3 years after using a tablet called champix which were brilliant. I only started again due to a stressful situation but when I was ready to stop again they took them off the market
I have stopped once since for 2 weeks using patches and lozenges but it was hard work and I started again.
So now I am going to try the varencline tablets which you take for a week while you smoke and then stop smoking and carry on with the medication and you don't feel the need for tobacco

I'm just about to have a cocktail of flower and rosin with the Ruby for a change . Wish I could do Bangers with a torch, I can't because it involves combustion. I know I can heat the bowl and use a thermometer until it's the right temp, it's a bit of hassle for me doing it this way because of my clumsiness.

I saw a man using a soldering iron, with an extractor fan right behind it. It was incredibly loud but you know what, it did the trick it kept the metallic fumes away from him lol.

I've found as long as there is no combustion, you don't need a purifier. I thought because the Ruby Twist produces lots of vapour, I would need one, I was wrong. My front room is clear of cannabis smell 15/20mins when there's no windows open, it clears almost immediately with ventilation.

Yeah, I don't have an air purifier to stop the smell clinging to my room, it doesn't do that at all unlike smoke. It's mainly just to clear the smell as quickly as possible to cause as minimum inconvenience to the wife and in case there's any unexpected visitors for whom I don't necessarily it to be an obvious house smell.

Ventilation does the job, but it can depend on the local windspeed/direction, and sometimes it's just not the weather for opening windows.

I think I'd rather have a powerful extraction fan like in a bathroom than a purifier. Maybe one with heat recovery or an inline unit in the loft space above. Will go with something like that eventually, as long as it doesn't bring too much unnecessary external/fan noise into my room.

It's also a problem with PIV systems where it can actually shove the smell around the rest of your house on its way out haha.

1500ml capacity and it has the essential oil slot in the back but I just add it the water directly and it works well elementing smell and mist sitting and timer as well only thing might annoy another is the standby light keeps blinking but just switch if from Maine wall socket. It’s really cools the room in hot summer time
