@OldBloke I'm still having issues with this device, it heats but won't go to the higher temps I want, it cuts out when trying to up the temps saying error 5 or will say error 8. Seems to be stuck on Pre Heat?
I have contacted the person I bought it from, they have given me the receipt, they bought it on Amazon from Smartpipe Trading. I'm not sure where to start. I bought it from ebay with buyer protection, i have the original receipt from the seller?

ive only just seen this but arizer customer service is pretty good to be fair. they give a uk address to send it to
