Clinics CB1 Blaming Royal Mail for Delivery Delays

Never had an issue with CB1 Medical but they are having a nightmare at the moment.

I so ordered 4 flowers. They took so long to start the order or look at it that one of the flowers were out of stock. Zero contact they just proceeded to send 3 without an option to exchange or change. I called them and the usual 1 minutes to answer was 20 minutes plus for a callback.

I told them I am not happy about partial Orders want the out of stock flower replaced. They said th y had refunded the out of stock item. (That took 5 days to hit my bank) Then they said someone from the pharmacy would call them the next day no one called. I called them back . They said the pharmacy will call by 1pm . At 2pm I called back.

I said just take the replacement name and tell the doctor or pharmacist want I want. Then there was the whole the doctors got to have a look and represcribe. This takes a day or so.

I select a new one on the 25th November and it's no where to be seen. And now I have had to pay a second delivery which I have asked to be refunded as I have made no errors.

Now I have an email from them blaming Royal Mail. Now I checked with my order number the difference between original order number and replacement order number and over days they appear to have had (If the numbers are in order and they appear to be) that means in 5 days they had approximately 2377 orders or around 475 customer orders per day.

Today I received an email from cb1 Medical on behalf of Royal Mail. Saying Royal mail are having problems and these are to blame for the delays hmmm.

Royal mail either send their own emails or they don't. Looks to be like CB1 medical are over subscribed and do not have enough workers or staff to fill the orders. Full text below

We want to make you aware of a Royal Mail issue that is causing delays to some recent orders, including orders placed late last week.

We are currently investigating the situation with Royal Mail and will share further information as soon as we have it.

We would ask that you do not call us at this time as our team are unable to provide an update whilst investigations are ongoing.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will provide an update once we have one.

Now they say don't call us at this time as our team cannot provide updates. They sound like they are snowed under and are sick of patients moaning do the phone.

They need to address this quickly

Ordered on Tuesday in 2 parts and got 1st payment link Tuesday and 2nd link on Wednesday. Paid Thursday, I’m still waiting and mine doesn’t even show as picked yet and I keep refreshing hoping some magic’s about to happen and it moves on to preparing order to shipped.

Well I rang them and gave them a firm but friendly bollocking. Said last item would go out Thursday. I got nothing until today saying that they advised Royal mail of the package on Friday 5:04pm. Well that's telling them they have a package to pick up not my package out the door on Thursday. Now it's 5:22pm Monday and royal mail still do not have it.

Now December is here and the holidays and the mad ordering for Christmas and New year I will be asking for January's in mid December Less than 2 weeks after my current order which will throw a spanner in the works I am sure of.

I do not know if it's the ordering system change or just sheer volume. However like in said before this I was never more than second in the queue on any call. This past week I been 10th and waited plus 20 minutes never had that before.

Also order Friday get it on Tuesday, or occasionally Wednesday. Order Monday before and received on Tuesday (I will point out I am less than a hour from the pharmacy) which probably helped.

I just hope this is a temporary glitch because if it is not, there are plenty on clinics that want my money.
 
I was told my order would be sent out on Friday for me to 100% get on the Saturday, nothing came through. Rang again today was told my flower was actually out of stock after it was showing in stock when I placed the order, was told I would get a call back never did had to call in myself and another order was put through was told the money from my previous order would be put over to my current order however. I have now gotten a email to say they have cancelled my original order and I will have a refund in the next 5 working days.

Looks like it mate! there's a few reductions for Phant and HB products with Medicann right now as well so your timing couldn't be better!
I'm looking forward to the app opening up so I can put a script in, I'm going for the Tiger blood is it or peach something for a vape and i've not decided on my flower yet but its only a small script to see me through the next couple of weeks.

That's a good enough starting point mate.

I've only had the peach rizz 4C Labs cart, that was okay but the tiger blood sounds tasty!

Yeah, I remember a good while ago seeing good reviews but can't remember where, it could have been just before my first ever prescription coming on 2yrs ago.

Well, what a saga this thread has become! If you’ve been following the ongoing "Is it Shipped or is it PLACED?" adventure with CB1 Medical (my ticket to green relief, Order #205512), I have an update.


After receiving enough contradictory emails to fill a whole comedy sketch—including being told my order was "Shipped" when my own portal proved it was still sitting in the "PLACED" queue—the fun is officially over.


The final boss was the silence from CB1 leadership itself.


**Here’s the deal:** I adhered to my final ultimatum (which they ignored), and I've now officially filed a full regulatory complaint with the **GPhC (GPhC) today (3rd December).**


The GPhC handles the serious stuff (like honesty, integrity, and why a pharmacy is lying about the location of Schedule 2 medication). My complaint included all the receipts: the conflicting emails, the screenshot of their own system proving they were wrong, and the evidence from this very thread confirming the systemic nature of the delays and the shifting of blame.


**If you are currently stuck in dispatch purgatory or were given fake tracking info, please know you are not alone, and you absolutely should report your experience to the GPhC too!** The more evidence they have of a pattern, the faster they will step in.

The order I placed on Saturday arrived with half my name missing off the packaging today. No prescription was given either on 3 occasions of asking. I was also told they would not provide me with all my personal information for me to switch clinics. I have my appointment with Medicann later today hopefully I can switch and get away from them!
