Morning y'all... Anyone with CB1 Medical who can advise me what I'm doing wrong.. Just had my 2nd Apt, all seemed ok until it came to my list which after reding the first three out said they don't have! I have no idea what I am doing so wrong when I'm looking at flower - I swear I checked all the strains on the CB1 formulary...?!
Anyhoo... The lady said - just order on the app... I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to work out how to order on the App and I give up !

HELP x

On the app you have to go to repeat and then you can choose from the list. This list only shows in stock items where the formulary shows all items.

I have had issues with the app not working for me recently so logged onto the web version of the script assist and it all worked fine.

On the app you should perhaps check that you haven’t previously selected the “search for products” and left the search box with your selection in - “Sativa” or “high THC” etc -because if so it will only show you those selections and will remember your search when you close and reopen the app unless you’ve unchecked your search parameter.

But you may be right and it may be the app playing up.

And check you have not clicked a filter in the past as the setting stays until you untick any selected genre in the filter. Also the repeat will only show what your allowed up to your THC strength allowance, IE if you have only been prescribed a T26 as the strongest you will not see the T27+ ranges, if this is the case you need to speak to CB1 Medical and get authorised to use up to t33 to see them all in the repeat section.

Thank you.. I was aware of my T26 limit but wasn't aware it would reflect in the app (and the filter thing(y)).. I'm fairly happy with last script so will see how this goes but now I'm armed with this info I will be more prepared for next consultation and requesting >T33..

At you next consult ask to try a T31 to T33 strain, suss one out before, or ask here, that will reset your allowance to T33 and all will be revealed in the repeat section. I never use the formula as not up to date and only the repeat button is relevant to you.

Went through prescription options and selected everything and worked out the price Papaya Bantz £6.95... Come to payment and then all of a sudden script is £15.50 difference as PB is £8effin50 !!! What am I doing so wrong or is it cos I'm a stoner 😜

Not paid for script yet or at least not that as of yet !

When it comes to the ordering part go to repeat prescriptions and wait a few sec for the formulary to load up... when you select the strain it will give you the option to add to basket, once you've added your strains and your happy to proceed click "Current request" at the top of the screen (it should also highlight how many requests you have added) then select an option from the Repeat request justification * or create your own, I usually just select I'm running low on medication.

I've been humped on the price difference aswell not sure whats happening yet to be honest paid £70-£75 for my Jokers, Puffo gelato & Ultra sours then next time I checked them a day later there all £60, There is a clear price difference with certain strains aswell between pharmacies you'll notice it as times goes on

How on earth did you find papaya bantz at CB1 Medical? its not showing up at all in their formulary/script assist for me in or even out of stock... taking a guess but looks like you've been using the main site "Pharmacy > Cb1" for viewing whats available? It does show papaya bants available at cb1 on the main page but its wrong according to cb1 stock in their app 👀 + if you look below on the "Pharmacy > Cb1>Papaya bants"page its out of stock at cb1 🤷‍♂️ Dunno how you managed to order it in the first place thats where im really confused :ROFLMAO:
