Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.

I've not seen anyone from CB1 Medical it's always the phone with me. I'm probably too ugly

Doctor was a face call but the nurse was a phone call here .

Just checked and nothing but it usually gets dispensed the day after paying so it's pretty normal.

I got the reduced 420 GMO for a fiver last week, that was a good deal. I hydrated the flower back, it took about 3/4 days but is ok

My find was unknown vial. Really good bud for £5.50. Altho finished ofc.

I'm thinking average or mean strain price could be a good metric of clinics...
Total cost of strains / Number of strains - this ££ figure could quickly show the real cost of the clinic to the new patient.
Edit maybe product is better as would need to include the 5g/15g variants.

Welcome @Moisty12345 . There is plenty of flower to choose from the Indica range but it depends which clinic you have your Consultation with. Once you let us know which clinic your having your Consultation with, we will be able to help you more

I would recommend Aurora® Black Jelly for insomnia, if you can't get that perhaps Cosmic Cream also from Aurora®, both hit me like an express train to zzz land As to ones to avoid it really varies widly, I think most suffer with Sativas that may be a bit too lively - but horse for courses really

Welcome to the forum @Moisty12345 and one I can strongly recommend for insomnia is Green Karat Pave S1 and this has just come back in stock and although pricey at £9/g it is very reliable at helping with sleep issue's , there are many more but my wife uses this when available as she finds it most reliable.

Thanks for all the reply's, as far as I can see on the CB1 Medical formulary the only Indica strains ( not Hybrid) are

Curaleaf - lavender cake
Aurora® - Farm Gas
Sundaze® - Garlic Cookies
MedCan - Tokoloshe Sherbet

Again just starting so all advice greatly appreciated
