The MC industry really lacks transparency in general but it's never fun to be lied to.

Really pleased this has ended positively for you!Update: my issues have all been resolved, in the end my original consultant rang me and apologised for the other doctor not ringing me back, and then sorted out my 3 questions and request. We had a 20 min chat covering my health and needs and he even advised me about another non MC product that may help one of my issues. We also discussed the effect of buds and what really works for me, and then asked if i would be on a patient panel discussing what works for what conditions bud wise to help advise other MC patients over strains.
I will stay with CB1 Medical, but very nearly moved. I was very angry/upset to be told i will ring you back in a few minutes and then no call at all, i was upset over my call this morning as the admin did not get what i was asking or saying. Everyone deserves a second chance, and on the basis of the great phone call just i will now stay with CB1 and put the mess caused down to a rapidly expanding clinic with staff still learning. They are now fully aware of what upset me so that is good hopefully for all patients going forwards.
Sorry i played my drama out here a bit, but hey you folks are my support netowrk on MC and i yours
All of this was only about changing 30ml of oil a month into bud and being allowed to order a vape cartridge.

Thanks, i will admit it pushed me right over the edge, i was on my way to Cannabis Clinic Cardiff! But now sorted and hopefully they have taken onboard the communication issues for future client questions.So glad it's been dealt with and well done for getting it resolved without it dragging on and your right it shouldn't happen in the first place and lets hope this helps others have a smoother pathway in the future![]()
Cheers mate, yes we do have simliar issues in the local GP's and hossies. One thing i have taken from this, requests and questions are better put in writing to a clinic, for a proper response and not to be let down over phone call promises.Glad everything worked out mate. We can get these hiccups from our own GP's regarding treatments and medications and it can be quite stressful. That's good to be on a advisory panel, my doctors pharmacist said something like that to me a while ago

I find this.
