100%. But nows the time to sort this. I have heard far too much about industry things in this forum from @Muiredach recently, hardly anything for us patients. The costs are killing us. Its time to stop them overcharging or stop association with them.I think the cracks are starting to show in clinics other than Mamedica® as that gets a bad rep , I was almost leaving them thinking the grass might be greener on the other side but i think this will get worse , everything that mamedica has done i seen ppl complain that other clinics are doing it .
I am not a cheerleader for any clinic or pharmacy as i think they are in cahoots to an extent to be honest.
Meds not on formulary and cant order and ppl said you can order anything from other pharmacies but then you had to have ordered it before etc.
I have said basically 1 good thing about mamedica n that i paid for script and got it next day so credit but thats it , most of my posts is ripping clinics , industry , importers.
Some snide shit going on with alot of clinics now.

No its been free as the portal has been broken for months now. Perhaps another thing to clarify from CB1 Medical @Muiredach is if free delivery will contune? Also what are the timescales for the new/app portal to go live?And they charge delivery every time

I am not sorry now, after I rang them this morning i no longer have time for their games or admin mess. Going to not say much now as emails are flying and I just need to stay professional until I let rip across the Internet when I am with another clinic.Sorry to hear mate.
Spot on. You get me! It's not just the let down, it's how they were this morning.I get you so much with this - I suspect for me it's because I'm autistic - if people promise something and then don't do it I get very, very upset
Especially if they then try to deceive / downplay / pretend they never promised etc, I will go bang (not saying CB1 Medical did this, just a general point)
