Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.
How much is it for 2 deliveries a month at CB1 Medical.
And does it still come in a binbag

It's 50/50 here and sometimes a box sometimes a bag and we tend to get charged every delivery £5.90 ish but I will say the difference in flexibility of ordering is chalk and cheese to what your used to and communication response
I have been left with no medication since Saturday when I have paid for 40g and it can't be sent out till next Saturday.
Even though I still had 10g allowance left and a bag of mouldy jokers which the manager has said twice that I can replace.
They could of sent me 20g out and sent the rest out next Friday by splitting the delivery but no they won't do that.
It s OK for them to split the delivery when something is not Available though.

You are spot on regards one thing or another at the volume clinics and many can find a good service at these places it's just when problems repeatedly pop up you soon realise the value of a good solid service ,for us mentally and getting the meds you need when needed.

Which clinic are you with?
Just rung Mamedica® up because I have no tracking email and nobody rang me back and had to explain everything again and I am not sure if I am getting my medication or not now I have to wait for them to ring me back again.
I am not convinced they will ring me back so I will have to ring them back at 4 or I will be left with no medication again.

I’ve had my 1st follow up appointment since moving to CB1 Medical today. The Dr was very easy to talk to and friendly.
He didn’t really have any opinion when I asked about trying a different oil, just said it was trial and error but he did confirm that I have the allowance available on my account
