DefinitelyIf the government would wake up and realise that the lost revenue from alcohol would be superseded by the cannabis industry tenfold we would all be living a lot happier lives...
From most clinics I've spoken to over time, it's typically about 30g and about £200 spend on average. One thing to realise is that those with higher allowances/more dependency tend to be the most engaged with communities/polls etc.On a recent poll I done it turns out the average monthly prescription is for 50-80g so the figures above are actually a lot less than what's actually going on by the looks of it...
Revenue is already far higher than this at a few clinics. Believe both Montu and Curaleaf are at over 15,000 patients each. Also worth stating both of these clinics are entirely loss-leading, as most are - with profit made up on the pharmacy/dispensing side. Specialists are typically paid about £200 per hour by clinics.I like to think of it like this 4000 patients consuming only 30g a month each can easily generate £720,000 per month or £8,640,000 a year (that's averaging that they spend £6 per g) so if you do the maths... its astronomical figures involved...
I think I'd rather pay the clinic fee and know that the doctors are free to prescribe without influence or a conflict of interests. If 'prescription direction' (trying to have a default pharmacy without entirely free/uninfluenced choice) was correctly shut down by regulators, we'd fast see most clinic fees rise up to about £300-400 per year - but on the flip side, pharmacies would have to start discounting medication prices to entice patients to use them over others - for example as the German market operates, where most medications are available at least 20% under RRP due to the amount of competition.
Think you accurately describe why half the senior members here are all with Cannabis Clinic Cardiff at £400 per yearI think I'd rather pay the clinic fee and know that the doctors are free to prescribe without influence or a conflict of interests. It seems cleaner
I made a typo on the poll average it was showing 30-50g at the most common allowance, plenty of people doing 60-80g and 120g+ aswell, what do you think is the reason that people with higher allowance/dependance tend to be more engaged with communities/polls?From most clinics I've spoken to over time, it's typically about 30g and about £200 spend on average. Could be many reasons, more dependent patients might be more concerned with researching meds properly before purchase - or simply because their spend is likely multiple hundreds per month.what do you think is the reason that people with higher allowance/dependance tend to be more engaged with communities/polls?
