My Comsic Cream arrived with a date of 30/4, so they rang me saying 31/3 and discount then it comes as 30/4 - say nothing :)
Haha ace. But they are making mistakes big time, must be the volume.

I remember asking the question at the beginning thinking that my wife may go for it for £50/year lol when literally I was using a kindle and didn't know how to do like's or emoji's or anything never mind copy and paste lol.

CB1 Medical service is getting better is what I'm experiencing. Since they went app based, it's much smoother ordering and repeats. I had an issue with paying for postage twice, called them and they sent the order in 1, easy, no stress. I don't mind the outside packaging it definitely keeps the overall costs down for everyone, as long as the meds have been bashed about.
 
So had initial consultation with CB1 Medical. Forgot to mention vape so I can't add this to first delivery as I will need another consultation. Also annoyed that half their formulary is out of stock and they charge you per delivery so I could only order half of what I wanted. Let's see how the rest of the process goes but so far meh. At least it's cheaper overall.

Well done changing! Call them if your up to it @Emz. They can be good at resolving things. You should be able to see latest stock in the app or website.
 
If nothings in stock at CB1 Medical and you can only get half of your script do you have to pay delivery charges again when you get the rest of your script
Yes. So each delivery regardless of amount is £5.82. Thats also their cost to send the script on to another pharmacy (which is, at least, lower than others who do charge a fee). I've not had big rewrite issues with them with their own pharmacy - its normally sorted within hours.

There app doesn't seem to have stock levels. And even tho says in-stock on MedBud they said it was out. Did manage to get the LA Kush Cake which was one of my faves but haven't seen it back on mamedicas formulary yet so that's good. Only 4C Labs they had was galactic cake. When I expressed concern about most of what I want being out of stock she suggested to delay sending this prescription so I don't get charged twice but that doesn't rly help as I cannot see when the ones I asked for will be in stock with them and may leave me without medication if I do. Tried to get the dosi cake too but OOS. I would suggest to them that id they are out of stock they should take it off their formulary list untill back in stock as it's quite misleading.

@GrownHealth or CB1 Medical massive (lol) could this be bc your a new patient/first script? A lot changed since I joined, and can only see "repeat prescription".
@Emz We will try to help you, I can currently see / request over 40 flower types, still my petty restriction on oil in place.

The repeat button will work after your first delivery showing live stock levels, stock usually very good.

No worries my half script came through and I have paid for it same day with a credit card which was another Step on Mamedica® where u had to send off for a link. So that's better already Plus check out my invoice number...Screenshot_20250317-181151~2.pngNICE!

I will bring up my concerns in my consultation next week regarding adding vape carts.
 
Stock levels / delivery = excellent so far.
 
Hey guys, I'm coming up to my 3 week follow up appointment at CB1 Medical and just wondering if I can request then for a THC increase as the 22% I'm currently on is not strong enough for what I need or used too... Thanks in advance for any help

I would suggest tha's exactly what you do mate as that is the part of the reason of these appointments and if that is what you feel would be best .
Basically tell them what you have just said as these appointments are meant to fine tune your prescription and report any negatives and the positives (y)
