Seems like you just look at the stock list on the CB1 Medical app from now and pick from the list, unless you want something on the original formulary that may be in stock elsewhere or certain oils/pastilles etc.Just trying to get my head around it myself ,just this minute installed it and then the google sheets .
Did it update live time? The wife's still isn't showing delivered yet, however it was delivered on Saturday.
I experienced glitches on the new system - hopefully teething trouble. This kind of tracking is superb cf the others so far.paid today, apparently not even getting the stock in till the 2nd.... but all these were in stock on the app!
I spoke to them today too, they are crackers busy but my contact there showed grace under pressure...I had to call the pharmacy today to see what's taking so longwas approved by the MDT on Monday. Apparently still waiting for the physical prescription to be sent over from the Dr. Hopefully tomorrow

Yes it was different then what is normal for me, bit glitchy but I sort of expected this first time using it and a new app to boot ,but hopefully all will be well , with accurate stock levels and expectations of when products will arrive etc as we move forward ,I spoke to them today too, they are crackers busy but my contact there showed grace under pressure...![]()
Very kind of you Sunshine. Thank you.So good to hear
I'm just super impatientalso a bit of a stickler for time management and accountability (probably as I'm so hard on myself about those things to be honest).
I had understood that I'd receive the payment link 48 hours after being approved by the MDT... That should have been today, hence my call.
Although that time frame was confirmed on the call, and I politely pointed out that it had passed, I was assured that as soon as the script came in from the Dr, it would be processed. So I guess it's the uncertainty of the time frame that I've found a little frustrating as in, 'it's not working as it should', and that stresses my brainThey were super polite, and my call around midday was answered within a few minutes
So cool that you have a contact there @node, like our guy on the inside![]()
I've been on medical for over a year and I still question everything in my head like you mention ,agreed timescales can drive you mad especially when you hold yourself to high standards in this regard. So good to hear
