Hi,
I had an appointment on Tuesday for a repeat prescription. I thought I would chase it up today. My clinic says Curaleaf has it, so they give me the pharmacy's number to call and pay manualy. Curaleaf says they dont have it. The last post is tomorrow. This is the second this has happened and I've been left without meds over a holiday. I can't even get through to my clinic.
Someone stamp my ticket for the anxiety train I'm about to board!! Choo choo!! :ROFLMAO:
 
Ask Zerenia for tracking information for the script, they're typically sent out to pharmacies via a tracked delivery service. Hopefully Curaleaf will receive tomorrow, Royal Mail have been a bit behind on deliveries due to the time of year – and that's likely what's holding you up.

I don't think they would give me the tracking information if it's multiple prescriptions in a batch due to data protection, I did ask that before, I worked for Royal Mail for 17 years so know exactly how the system works and can sniff a fib out at a hundred miles about tracking lol. I just dont understand how my clinic says they have it, which does imply that its been received and signed for?.
 
Every specialist I've had personally has always provided tracking info on request, it's worth asking.

There's no data protection concerns for sharing tracking info for your own script, to a particular pharmacy (whom you're in-turn allowing to receive your 'special category data' under GDPR). You'd be right in assuming other scripts are likely on the same tracking number, but by giving you that number, they're not informing you of any info about other scripts which you could use to discern legally protected information.

To be blunt, I've seen time -and-time-again very confident claims from clinics that pharmacies have a script, but what they in-fact mean is they sent it on time and assume it has been delivered - and then when checking will find out it hasn't been received. As you probably understand better than most, RM aren't perfect - but clinics sometimes make false assumptions they are.

That said, the fault could be on either side - when I used to send scripts to Mamedica®, I'd have to prompt their pharmacy staff to double-check my script came in after always claiming it hadn't by default - and sometimes even having to send other staff messages, to eventually always receive an invoice later the same-day.
 
I've been trying to call them for a few hours now and the weird thing is, it rings and rings then says email or leave a message then cut's off. I've never had that before, always got through!.

That's a breach of your duty of care report this to the CQC and GPhC. They take fees and do not do the job i would consider taking back my fees after I left! This is why I recommend pay everything via credit-card.

Get an extra 10g allowance on your script as well, and save up tub by tub month by month until you are at least 1 month ahead so have 1 month reserve stock.

Let me tell you, I've never moved so fooking fast in my life!! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: He was just about to pull away!! Curaleaf stepping up on the Humidity packs as well!! 2 loose in the box. Mine turned up with no special ,luckily I've known her all my life and just said where's my and she knew and double checked and come back with it 😁
