That's gutting to read mate! what a ball ache!I sent a script req via my clinic Integro to Montu on Fri last. I was charged £10, got an email from Montu on Weds asking for id and proof of address ect.I supplied all of this and waited for payment link. Never came.
So this morning after some emails then some phone calls, it seems Montu got all arsey over how the instructions for use were written
Cancelled that and ordered from IPS, which is a pity coz I rly fancied the Purple Punch vape.

luckily I WFH and have a super competent team - I end having a lot of time to be able to research and speak to clinics/pharmacies. If any of that info helps somebody land on their desired healthcare service then that's great!

serious, not much humour, but friendly enough. I knew who I was seeing, and looked her up. Very knowledgeble, on traditional meds, she may have uncovered small but possible reasons for my stroke 6years ago, when discussing blood thinners, she mentioned cannabis thins the blood as well, so for 40 years I was using cannabis regular, when I cam to the uk, I did not know anyone so access was difficult and 7 months later with no cannabis - stroke, so my assumption is that the cannabis was thinning my blood preventing stroke? but otherwise she was by the book, ticking boxes, asking for more evidence of alternative treatment etc
Sounds like she's good at her job though! What a revelation that could be for you if you knew what the trigger was.

I know there's been a lot of chatter about pastures new in the clinic spaces lately.
It appears as if Auravia led me on a little bit with their multi-pharmacy access as other patients are now reporting otherwise. I thought it might be a good idea to provide a list of the clinics that still have some kind of multi-pharmacy access even if its restricted a little.
Airmed - £15 fee to use external pharmacy
Integro - This may have changed in the last year or so
Wellfords - I had a terrible time with this clinic but they do have open pharmacy access
Zoto - I can't find any patient stories and they're run by the same team as Auravia so this one may not be open pharmacy in reality
CB1 Medical - Charged a fee to send your script to an external pharmacy
Borders pain clinic - insane fees to be honest

London Resilience Clinic - Little to nothing about these guys around but according to MedBud it's open pharmacy
Alternaleaf - I'm not sure if they still do this, but previously AL would send your script to any pharmacy but it will take longer and you can only order what Alternaleaf/ Montu prescribe.

That sounds fantastic! - Seems to be a lot of noise around pharmacy access around here at the moment so the more information we have as patients the better. Big up you as always.Just to note, we're actually working on a huge form to send around to all clinics and pharmacies at once and attempt to do our first ever "full check" through information we've published past 4½+ years.
We're going to revamp our clinic/pharmacies tables, with a better layout/filtering, and simple ways to view clinics which allow any pharmacy use, those that try impose a financial penalty, those that won't prescribe off-formulary etc. We're also going to add dedicated fields for noting in which countries/jurisdictions patient data is processed, also try document what kinds of patients are accepted (mental health, pain etc.), which is largely based around which types of specialist doctors a clinic has.
It's taking some time to put together, as we're attempting to make the forms pre-populate/fill current details for all companies, and then allow them to either approve or supply edits for each field - and it's looking like 50+ so far

Thanks for confirming mate!Foe CB1 Medical patients you are able to use outside pharmacies if the items are on their formulary including the OOS items on their formulary so on the face of it a decent option and we'll see how it goes with my wifes next order and see how simple it is to use
