Can anyone advise on what needs doing if travelling to Crete?

According to this map, Greece is a "travel with meds" country, meaning it should just be a case of getting a travel letter from your clinic, and making sure you travel with it as well as your medication in its original packaging with the prescription label affixed.

There's a post on reddit's ukmedicalcannabis subreddit with someone who travelled to Greece with medical cannabis. Seems they contacted the embassy and were told they can take it with them as long as they have a doctor's letter detailing the quantity needed during the stay and a copy of the prescription. Also says you should have your personal licence from your country's agency, which doesn't exist in the UK, so I guess your patient confirmation letter when you first signed up with your clinic would be the replacement for that. Again, products must be in original packaging with prescription labels matching your passport details. Comments seem to have a few people who've done it without problems.
