I always just chew and swallow.

Stick them under your tongue, chew a bit, stick them back under again. I don't know if they are packaged with anything that would allow sublingual absorption, but if they will work that way you will get a faster onset than waiting for metabolisation via other methods.

@Kato2611 I'm with Integro and had zero issues with them since I joined about 18 months back. You can get decent cheap flower for £40 up to crazy prices, from a lot of the prescribers. If you are signed off or low income, look at the Grow Access Project project. I went with Integro because they do have doctors that can look at and understand your records, which for me is a requirement due to actually having a lot wrong with me, of which some is potentially serious. So if you were applying for social anxiety because of ADHD, ASD or something else, you probably don't need the same level. But if you have a lot of stuff wrong with you (taking lots of meds for illnesses, under hospital consultants, etc) then using a clinic with doctors is probably preferable and if they happen to be experts or have experience in the field you are sick in, even better. One real example might be if you have chronic pain issues and are already on a number of painkillers, then being able to talk to a doctor who can advise you how to add cannabis safely with the other meds might be beneficial over just adding it in alongside other painkillers with potential interactions.
