Really pleased to be here and had my first appointment with Releaf.
Been really happy with their onboarding process but will most likely be changing clinic to reduce costs.

I've been started off with a 10/10 oil which has been dispatched, but there was a disclaimer note on my dispatch notice:
"Disclaimer: box will be opened by a pharmacist"

Is this normal?

I've never heard of that, I've ordered a few oils from different pharmacies until I started making my own.

Perhaps they are fingering the syringes or something, no idea

I suppose as long as the bottle still has the original seal unbroken?

Welcome to the forum @daRealNeelz and congratulations on becoming a legal Medical Cannabis patient and I haven't come across this yet but as @Lank72 mentioned as long as the bottle hasn't been opened it should be no problem.

Hi welcome to the forum I think @Lank72 is probably right on the money and it’s nothing to worry about. Hope the oil does the buisness for you and all the best on your medical cannabis journey
