Not been around for a good few weeks. Had a nasty as feck chest infection. I put in a sample came back negative and just carried on, a week went by. In the space of 1 afternoon I was totally breathless, Peak flow at 80 and spo2 away down at 76 by just standing up , and heart up at 130.
e careful out there and if you feel wrong, don't take no for an answer.

Aye. I am having to review that. My lungs are about as efficient as a sieve , so spoke to doc regarding moving up to stronger oil and a lot less erb. finding the 20mg/ml THC 10mg.ml CBD a little weak. also vaping 60g and still running out! spoke to doc about my strategy and she has no problem and thought it well reasoned and argued, so will wait till next review for 2x50mg THC and 30 g flower. i'm going to miss the habit but i'm blowing out so much more than i'm taking in. Also will most likely help with reducing the recurrence of chest infections.

There's various pathways into the Medical Rx world, as ChroniclyChronic has suggested, don't just simply take no as an answer, generally we all no our own bodies best, don't we?

I had a thought, but may well be wrong, but if I bought say 10g @31% (1600mg?)and did an alcohol extraction what kind of yield could I expect? and could I make my own?

Just got my delivery so much more relaxed. Curaleafs changed some oils to peppermint. Actually liked the pure ganja juice flavour, to be honest

honestly thank you all for the kind words. Needed a wee pick me up.

Since the flu at start of December it's been one thing after another. The only saving grace was getting signed up and properly looked after. Helps mentally, physically and spiritually.
