Flower Input Required: Updating Expiry Dates

I think £5 a month is too much for people on benefits, even working you only pay the cost of a pint each month, the North West prices, not London prices 😂. I was a Union Representative for years In my last Occupation, Health & Safety rep, Fire Warden ect for a Large Mining Company. I would be willing to help set up a Patient Union, I know we have it here in a way, I suppose it's a start?
I agree if we can get good representation for a good price but was just thinking of not alot of numbers hence £5 but even £3 whatever, Sound like you could be the man with th experience, When i look at some german meds and the buds they receive it looks like uk is the dumping ground for smalls , Only way i would agree with MHRA guidlines is if its gonna be on NHS but we should stand for patients rights for the same quality given to other patients elsewhere. Patient care should be paramount over making a buck and leaving patients without meds should be illegal or if they do that should be reimbursed for having to use the black market , At the top of list should be GYO due to incompitence and profit making thats going on. somethings got to change

Thanks 👍. I think if you paid by credit card there is protection to cover purchases.
Yes I fink thats the chargeback side. But sometimes chargeback doesn't work, according to what I have read. Then legal helps. It would also help fund any malpractice or product liability cases (AFAIK you may be able to su the clinic AND the manufacturer)

I'll look into it. I'm sure the CQC comes into this category of complaining about the care and Quality of your medication ect.

Awesome 🤩 and after calling on Monday the transfers is easily done please 🙏🏽?
You should have no problem switching clinics I'd suggest and if you can afford the Fee at Cannabis Clinic Cardiff I would definitely recommend them from what I've seen before switching and the service since switching and failing that you could easily switch to CB1 Medical and you could even apply online to these clinics over the weekend .
To have the best choice and the smaller weights ie. 5grams and service I'd say Cardiff as CB1 can be a bit limited in choice in comparison but as you will of already realised many are happy there on this forum also I'm sure they'd both make it as easy as possible to transfer (y)

Looking at this would product quality and discrepant fall into a complaint of quality and wrong info ie: Indica dom but its Sativa dom etc

The responsibility that falls on healthcare professionals when prescribing an unlicensed medicine or a medicine off-label may be greater than when prescribing a licensed medicine within the terms of its licence. Prescribers should pay particular attention to the risks associated with using unlicensed medicines or using a licensed medicine off-label. These risks may include: adverse reactions; product quality; or discrepant product information or labelling (eg, absence of information for some unlicensed medicines, information in a foreign language for unlicensed imports, and potential confusion for patients or carers when the Patient Information Leaflet is inconsistent with a medicine’s off-label use).

Spot on there, thanks for the reply on this subject. I think it's very important for all concerned to make sure their products fit the description and not be poor quality products that the patient is having to put up with and paying over price for poor quality flower.

Duty of care is being neglected due to profit making , There is a leg to stand on with this and crazy if its down to the individual to fight it all the time on his own which can make disability alot worse , We need represented efficiently and quickly so complaints are dealt with swiftly. A good lawyer would obliterate and make a perfect case for GYO. Consistantly inconsistant is discrepant. Stress is not what we signed up for. We thank them for testing for contamination and bacteria etc but when it gets retested and cannabinoid % is all they are caring about to give it another while on the shelf. Surley everthing else which makes cannabis flower medicinal like terpenes entourage effect and moisture content is masssivly overlooked in favour of just cannabinoids.

Oh okay, it does not expire until 7/5/2025 so i assumed new batch!
I know the last batch became available in early Dec with 10Kg+ and the batch before that one was dated Mar 2025 and packed on Sep 2024 so I would expect yours is packed about Nov and this would be consistent with it being the end of the batch I suspect but this is just me thinking out loud :ROFLMAO:

Absolutely consistent with it being the end of the batch then as this one doesn't hang around for long when available , so it has 6 months expiry and takes about a month after packing to be with patients and 10Kg+ sold out 6 or 7 weeks later .Popular:giggle:

Ok had a respond back “ stating they’re sorry etc etc bla bla followed by going to contact the supplier with the information and images you have provided, they will analyse the information and come back to me with the next steps more bla bla 😒 followed by “( The supplier may request the product to be returned to them for further investigation Please do not dispose of the product and continue to store it in accordance with the instructions as this may need to be returned to the supplier. If a collection is requested, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. Please be advised that a collection does not guarantee a refund or replacement and the product cannot be returned to you, regardless of the outcome of the investigation. “) soooooooo what 😮 in gods This is…….. I’ve no words 😶 followed by this (“Once the manufacturer receives the medication, it can take up to 20 working days to investigate the medication and provide a response. Rest assured we will contact them regularly for updates on the status of the investigation.”) is this a joke ? 🤷🏽‍♀️
@Martybones here's another member who was disappointed compared to previous batches of the Cosmic cream.
