I Know people love to bitch and moan about things, but I sent in a repeat request last night late, woke up to email to confirm - paid the fee around 1pm.
Shocked when IPS have just emailed me with a payment link.
See a few mention slow downs etc but I'm finding the opposite!
Good to hear mate ,as they don't get much coverage in here and maybe that's because as you say about service and speed being unrivalled so people don't feel the need to complain
To give a real life example of my order this week:
Monday 9am - sent script request
Monday 10.30am - payment link received for script to be written.
Monday 6pm - copy of signed script received.
Tuesday 11:30am - payment link came to pay for script.
Tuesday 15:30 - notice of dispatch (including all items - even some that needed ordered in)
Tomorrow - delivered by Royal Mail.

Can't say I blame them, I've come across quite a few biggies, wide open. Recently *I heard* (lol) it can be manipulated to go over your g...the dynamic THC was OK now - it only works sometimes.
I suppose which ever way you disguise it it is still the same postage/repeat charge /clinic fees just glad it's reduced as the patients their already will be happy I'd imagine .
When we've people mention recently its worth it for the service their at Integro and they are happy well I suppose this makes the clinic more competitive for prospective patients now.

Was it our member @bucklez who was in it? How much does this mean it really costs now each month? Also any fee to send script elsewhere? I could be tempted to get moving.

So first year total costs transfer or Gap = £169 if I understood correctly - can anyone confirm pls?
Also are there any postage costs or issues around splitting the prescription into 2, 3 or even 4x?
No app?
I finally got into it through the Vertical Pharma page which actually works. There are glitches with the consent form part. And they asked for my SCR again
If anyone needs any help or assistance using the portal for anything you can drop it in here, I've had a good play about with it for a few orders now and have reported a few bugs.
My Review of Integro (5 Months On Medical Cannabis)
I came across medical cannabis thanks to Drew's content. I always knew it was legalised for medical use back in 2018, but in the early days, access was very limited—so I left it on the back burner.
After watching one of Drew's videos, which pointed me to MedBud.wiki for more information on clinics, I settled on Integro Clinic due to their Grow Access Project ( Grow Access Project) scheme. This meant my initial consultation was completely free.
Getting Started:
After submitting my medical details and a summary of care, I was booked in for a consultation within a week. Normally this consult would have cost £95, but Integro has since made initial consultations free for everyone—a great move!
I had my consultation with Dr Sunny. We went over:
My medical history
Two previous medications prescribed
My past black market cannabis use
How cannabis helped me personally
Dr Sunny respected my prior experience and knowledge from self-medicating, which was refreshing. He agreed that I’d benefit from medical cannabis and prescribed 80g.
My First Prescription
He sent me a list of strains and asked me to email back with my selection. I chose:
Back then, there was no portal, so the process involved emailing the script, then Integro sending it to the pharmacy, followed by a payment link. This took a day or two If you paid before 4pm, next-day delivery was available.
I enjoyed 4 out of 6 tubs, which isn’t bad for a first script.
Follow-Up Review
My first review cost £49. I was pleasantly surprised that my specialist nurse, James, is based less than 100 miles away—he understood the quality of Highland black market bud, which was a nice touch.
We discussed:
How I was getting on with the dosage
My tolerance to Sativas and any anxiety
General usage patterns and well-being
James was very knowledgeable and approachable, encouraging me to contact him if I had any questions—at no extra cost. He also sorted out my next script, clearing me for another 3 months until my next review.
Using the Portal
Integro now has an online portal. It’s not the cleanest interface—I use a PC and it works fine, but I imagine phone users may struggle a bit. It can be buggy at times, such as:
Medications showing as out of stock when they’re not
Occasional lag or glitches
Still, it usually sorts itself out, and if not, you can report issues to the Integro office and they’ll pass it on to the right department.
Cost & Repeat Prescriptions
So far, my total out-of-pocket for consultations is just £49 (plus medication costs), and 10 repeats with a review coming up at the end of the month.
I'm thinking about requesting a 10g increase to help manage work stress, especially during the summer months. Better to have the option than not.
Repeats cost £10 per month, and you're not required to order your full prescription at once. For example, I’m prescribed 80g, but I can split that across four weeks (e.g., 20g per week). Just be aware that each delivery costs about £7, so ordering monthly in one go saves money.
A friend of mine is prescribed 120g but has never been able to fill the full script due to cost, so it's worth budgeting in advance.
Final Thoughts:
I’ve only had one hiccup—a delayed prescription under the old system—but since then, it’s been smooth as butter, baby.
All in all, my experience with Integro Clinic has been very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering medical cannabis treatment. Well-stocked list, but I wish they would make all of IPS meds available
Got a review coming up soon and I’ll be requesting a slight increase—will keep you all updated.
