Pharmacies IPS Pharma

Just had IPS confirm DPD is a trial, wasn't told if we can opt to stick to RM or not..

How does that work then..? I've looked at the Chemango and it still shows £8.50, is a discount applied at checkout ?
It's only available through IPS Pharma at this price so effectively you would request your prescription be sent to their pharmacy so it would be settled at IPS's prices and dispensed by them (y)

Curaleaf will honour a request to utilise another pharmacy, but limit patients to only options available on their own Curaleaf Clinic formulary (to the best of our knowledge). If it is available cheaper elsewhere, they should allow you to access it still without additional charge (y)

Excuse me whilst I'm learning.. So when I click on IPS and look at their formulary - am I not seeing it in full hence why you post things like (Discounts) above ?

That is taken off IPS's live formulary which reflects there actual available products and prices and is updated hourly where as on the Chemango Kush page below that is reflected where I've marked it and that is live and up to date availability on the item at IPS where as if you go on the pharmacy page here it reflects the stock availability of that item at the suppliers but will soon be live and synced in as the image below is (y)

I had a single script go to them Friday, on two actual bits of script paper (they don't all fit on one) with one with one item, and the other with 3

Got my invoice Friday for the one with one item, nothing about the rest Friday or since. Emailed them, no reply

The rest are all the discounted ones that I needed them to process ASAP (please don't suggest I call them)

I received the single item today, and it also looks like they stopped including prescription printouts and it's just an invoice now?

Tbf thats some bs, whats your plans now then? Same kinda thing happened to me last week with the expiring wedding cake, my request was totally ignored and they didn't bother letting me know they weren't processing it so I sat for days thinking it was fine. I know you said don't suggest calling them but it may be the only solution to this...

Sounds like a backwards step to the usual service with the most worrying part actually securing the discounts as I'm not sure but I know I wouldn't want them without the discounts and would need to do a new script soon as to replace the request if that was the case.
I know the wedding cake's price has gone back up if that was on the request but the other discounts remain.
 
Take the good with the bad, you weren't meant to get those strains right now something better could be about to pop up at any minute 🤘 thats the way I deal with negativity 🥳although its inconvenient your being guided...

It's really getting me down now this backwards, gappy, and easily breaking down process

I haven't got the headspace to be constantly fighting this process to get my medicine

If anything goes wrong it always falls to me to work out the problem and resolve it.

Companies don't communicate what's happening and just ghost you. I can't do phone calls.

Sick of it, can't deal with it. Struggling at the moment generally, I need the meds to help not be in the top 3 issues causing me extra issues with my disabilities
 
Got a cart saga going on with Newgrove 2 weeks now. They finally put it through, so I paid, got the dispatch and tracking link, but they haven't actually handed it to RM. Asked postie and they shrugged so I checked the link, still waiting for it to be handed over

Again, sat in limbo, no Comms from them, no meds, no idea when I'll get them

Understand your frustration man, would you be up for writing them a wee email instead of calling? Feel they need to know your headspace due to this crap going on...

This is upsetting to hear mate ❤️

I can see why your pissed with it now as that Newgrove experience would drive either of us to despair and with IPS the communication has let you down but the possibility of it getting resolved today with the discounts is still there but like me the not knowing and lack of a reply especially whilst the Newgrove order is not resolved is not good in slightest .
