This industry is setup for money and not for patients. We are going to suffer until that changes.

No communication comes to us about what is happening, they should all treat email same as phone calls and swish down them for urgent matters. It is an accessibility barrier and they don't care

I got a payment link within 30 mins for my missing stuff.

THE BAD:
I paid at midday and haven't heard a squeak about delivery, I thought you just had to pay before 4pm

Just moved the counter one step ahead, but still in comms blackout and playing medicine bingo with these pharmacies as to when it will actually arrive

Thanks again to everyone who offered support yesterday.

Cannabis Clinic Cardiff to my rescue in this case, and my meds arrived today. They could have said 'we've done our bit' but instead they jumped in, supported me in the fact I can rarely manage phone calls, and told me if I come to this situation again just contact them and they'll do their best to take over and resolve issues with the various pharmacies for me.

I'm stocked up for at least a month now so can take worrying about and dealing with medicine logistics problems off of my stack

A lot do the time to be ordered means they also have it in stock, or they can order it in for you within a few days.

that's my understanding, means you can order it from them but they don't necessarily hold stock so expect a delay

Awesome thank you bro! I just got off the phone with a nice woman at the pharmacy as it happens and she said it usually means they can order it in for you, so you make the request, then pay, then it will take approx 3-4 days to come in, or sometimes they have it in stock already anyway. I always thought it meant they were planning to order it in so I would maybe request it next repeat, so it's a bit of a game changer really!

I've just had a nice surprise from these chaps!

I paid for my script after 4PM, I got the payment confirmation at just gone 4:30PM, so I wasn't expecting delivery until tomorrow but lo and behold it's shown up now and I didn't have any tracking info, emails, etc. to say it was on it's way.
