Understand your frustration man, would you be up for writing them a wee email instead of calling? Feel they need to know your headspace due to this crap going on...

I've sent IPS 3 emails now

Newgrove haven't replied to an email I've sent in the last few months - this will be my last order going to Newgrove

IPS still have time to sort the order with them out but If I have to start again with this script / miss the discounts I'll probably not be able to do it as I'm just overwhelmed
 
It appears to me now that whatever pharmacy you choose to get your medicine from at some point things are going to go wrong and cause somebody a lot of stress.
I have had an investigation going on for 5 weeks about one thing what I have not heard from and then I have been waiting since Friday for a phone call about something else which they said they would put in there diary.
I have been left with no medication for over a week twice and loads of other times as well in the last 15 months.
They all need to start helping patients more and stop expanding.
I get a phone call every week for my stop smoking tablets for 16 weeks of a pharmacist to check on my health plus I have the no smoking team ringing me every week this is a pain but it just shows the level of care that we should get

Make Cannabis Clinic Cardiff aware of this mate through the portal or email today so they can step in and assist if needs be and lighten the load as I'm sure if they were aware they would assist mate 🙏

I'll try it thanks. CCC was all good with their steps of the process as usual.

This industry is setup for money and not for patients. We are going to suffer until that changes.

No communication comes to us about what is happening, they should all treat email same as phone calls and swish down them for urgent matters. It is an accessibility barrier and they don't care

So Cannabis Clinic Cardiff came through for me. Did the calling for me, sitting on hold, working out what happening, getting things sorted for me

I got a payment link within 30 mins for my missing stuff.

THE BAD:
I paid at midday and haven't heard a squeak about delivery, I thought you just had to pay before 4pm

Just moved the counter one step ahead, but still in comms blackout and playing medicine bingo with these pharmacies as to when it will actually arrive

I was dreading this post buddy but thankfully you've got somewhere and without trying to raise expectations it should be with you tomorrow on normal terms so hopefully some kind of notification soon or in the morning 🙏
Reassuring to know CCC helped in this way as this sort of help can be and is vital to us 💚

Thanks for offering suggestions. I just needed help, instead of all the hinderance we get from this process.

We shall see what tomorrow brings 💚
