Please could you help me , as you know I am with Alternaleaf clinic and I tried to put in my request for the MC, I didn’t order anything for awhile, so I usually splits my order some with Montu and some with the IPS for the discounts MC being with Grow Access Project then I was told Alternaleaf don’t send prescription to IPS as not partnering up with them, is this correct please? I read from MedBud that IPS CB1 Medical and Montu the despensing the MC. As you know I’ve learning disabilities and your advise is greatly appreciated and I love you all

I know they changed their terms and conditions recently but I didn't think it was so drastic as they wouldn't let you send your prescription to IPS and now Montu incentivise you using them by giving a £5 cashback on your order for staying inhouse so to me that implies you don't get that discount if you select an outside pharmacy but if they are saying its no go then that is sad and I'm wondering if other Alternaleaf patients have come across this as I know many used to use outside pharmacies regularly

As far as I know, and I left Alterna a couple of months ago, they now do not allow products that have not been on their formulary before to be prescribed then dispensed from any other pharmacy than Montu. . Used to allow it, many moans and complaints around.

Looks like it was an ordered in thing, I didn't realise they would invoice until they had everything ready

I queried it and they were both really responsive and immediately offered to split my script without delivery fees, so they will post out the remaining item when they get
it

Hi Folks hope you're having a great Saturday, Presently with Integro and looking to my next order it looks like most of what I require is on Medicann rather than IPS. Looking for any advice and info on pitfalls or possible delays in taking my script over as I've never 'gone rogue' before. Guess I inform integro at ordering and also contact medicann myself? Thanks in advance

This one is a bit of an anomaly as you can't order from Medicann unless you are a patient their much the same as Releaf and the formulary you see is of the clinic and not a pharmacy but they do use the same pharmacy service as Integro and usually have similar items in stock in general.

Touch wood i've had no issues with IPS. Four deliveries in the last 15 months and each one turned up next day without hassle, well except the first one where it was like an inquisition by the elderly Royal Mail couple that delivered it and made me sign two documents and then took a picture. The last one the regular postie just gave it me and disappeared, no signing, no hassle.
