Pharmacies Mamedica Growing Pains?

Hi Folks, glad to join the community, and thanks for the hard work of those who built and continue to develop MedBud

I had my second prescription delivered today from Mamedica® but one of multiple items was missing, and there's no indication on the invoice or anything that it was missing intentionally. I've tried calling and using different options - Pharmacy on hold an hour so I I hung up, others answered after a shorter wait but couldn't tell me without checking with the pharmacy.

As a new patient myself, whilst the process has generally been smooth I've noticed things here and there in addition to this example suggesting they may be a bit overstretched and a few things are slipping? I know there's been recent media coverage and adverts, so assume lots of new sign-ups (including me!)

Just wondering what the consensus was - trying to withold judgement and understand if it's a temporary thing (essentially good because it means more people are getting access to the medicine they need) which might be frustrating but really nothing to worry about in the long run, or if there are some things they just don't do so well...
 
Mate there's savings to be made it's just being brave enough I suppose it's hard to think your replacing it with a cheaper product ,but sometimes better quality than an unknown hyped up pot of something no ones tried but twice the price ,
Like I say no terpenes , mint sauce;)
 
Think my problem with my script this month belongs in here as it's the first time I've attempted to use an outside pharmacy and the first time I've had a problem like my current one , I can't help feeling when my script was issued I should of been sent a copy but no, they've kept hold it and not issued it to me .I'm not sure if this is normal as I'd of thought they would of been finished with it and it's mine to go and use where I please.
 
Waited all day in a agitated state waiting for a call back from Mamedica® after speaking with them at just after 9 this morning and finding out my script had expired?
Nothing at all all day so rang back at 5pm which I don't feel I should of had to ,but for my sanity I did to which although he was helpful it still seems my script has been overlooked somehow and they said they will ring or email today and as of yet still nothing although you do get contact at this time by email sometimes .😔
 
Absolutely don't know where I stand mate ,but it is my Christmas script ,got a peeved earlier waiting ,
I am a relaxed dude who can see the bigger picture and am sure my script will be fulfilled by its date , just stuff like this rekindles anxieties and frustrations that I hate feeling, and it also dominates your mindset whilst left unresolved .

Ah damn just catching up through threads. Hope they fix it for you @GrownHealth luckily the month is still early so you got to think they can get it together quick for you

I know/hope it'll get sorted just did my head in earlier the not knowing and I suppose I let it get on top of me (y),not like I now know but I'll deal with it when I find out what's gone on tomorrow. (y)
 
Yeah it can be frustrating for sure when you aren't even the one who's accidently at fault. Someone has messed it up and I'm sure it will light a fire for em to rectify it. Would be different if it was something you had done though.

All the staff at Mamedica will tell you they will call you back and never do its badly run. Michael is the only person who will legit call you if he says he will ask for him next time.
