Thanks unfortunately waiting to hear back about the 670 liters oil they delivered when I just asked they check the tank for me
and meant to make full payment within 24 hours and been 2 weeks just feel angry and hurt
as made it so clear I thought I had enough to wait till cheaper later in the summer and he goes and puts that much in on coldest day of the year without my consent
but probably won’t get anywhere just to cause me extra stress and wish I’d been able to check it myself will in future…
but feel like they totally took advantage i probably could of lasted till next winter as iv only turned it on few times been to worried to use it
and me and the dogs have all been sleeping in one room together
and only using the living room and turned off the freezer to save electric and don’t use oven or anything just washing machine once week try to do it same time iv put heating on then it drys straight away
and yet they seem to want to triple the bill for electric too yet not using hardly any 5kws or less a day
when definitely used less not more

These companies definitely don’t have much humanity or thought even made the csll to oil company
at the care society with a support worker so they double checked too that we were just asking if they wouldn’t mind checking the level then knocking letting me know or girls in office phoning but letting me know so I knew where I stood
and then I’d be reassured if did need to use it but no to put 670 in without even checking so upset…., the girl said he will be passing the next Tuesday and she would ask him to check then when no traffic and 3 feet snow they deliver that
and then heard him dog barked went outside he was in lorry put thumb up i shouted amazing so iv got enough thank you and he said well got more than enough now I just filled it and put 670 in…
I said what
you were only meant to check the level he just kinda smerked and said well least you won’t be cold now ( didn’t know what to say he could see I’m wearing ski clothes and dressing gown indoors
And I’m only about 5 stone currently and felt embarrassed and ashamed to say anything else
Then rang office straight away said the guy was only meant to check not deliver oil he just shrugged it off was don’t worry we will sort something out I said I wouldn’t of ever wanted oil on the coldest day of year or a cold month unless had no option as gets so much cheaper in summer and I could of got some before next winter not now…,and if still will of probably had loads left then
But said they can take it back yet know they won’t don’t think will say can’t take it back out my tank
but said I shouldn’t be responsible for an order I didn’t place..,.
Yet sure they don’t care and put it in on the most expensive day of the year when I don’t get winter fuel allowance or anything to help pay for it…. And not to even knock ask some people only have 100 liters a time they can’t afford more
and why would you fill a half full tank you would tell the customer they currently didn’t need oil unless they wanted to fill it…if decent person especially as you were asked only to check level for a customer struggling
I dunno but it’s just extra stress don’t need dread the post man, put off getting the lettters the last week now got a pile I don’t want to open
Hate having to check the post box as my prescription is the only good thing that arrives….. and know as have to sign it’s ok
and got oil off the same company as long as iv known so thought I was doing the right thing and that they would have some respect for our loyalty
and that they wouldn’t mind checking and even said if it’s a problem that’s ok just was phoning to ask if they minded and even asked they had written it down
and apprently old people quite often get there’s checked and not currently placing the order
but because they can’t check them selfs or the things that are meant to tell you don’t work… and that’s what happened to us think it didn’t work… sorry to ramble and had a tank before few years ago that burst and cost fortune in clean up had to have special people out and now the lands infected in the one area sorry but yeah I’m worried to order with all this scared debt collectors yet online days shouldn’t as I’m complaining saying unauthorised delivery and don’t want to be having to pay it off say month my month as still be paying when need it next as probably offer that I guess but says I shouldn’t have to pay at all online as I didn’t book a delivery but doubt that will matter as long as they get there money don’t matter if I go without I ended up putting phone down on the guy when he was srugged it off said don’t worry we will sort something I said ok for driver to say got plenty try not if can’t afford the electric to use the boiler and said as long as I can feed my dogs it’s a good job I don’t eat as wouldn’t afford to iv not even opened the bill as pointless just upset me and know be loads and got pile of more lettters off electric just can’t handle them today they will have to wait….
This d1 is ok didn’t smell or taste much but ok don’t think be a sleep one though hard to tell when barley sleep anyway….
Just seems like things are spiraling out of control and I don't want things to become over bearing for you to the point you think there is no way out 
unlikely but let’s see what happens 
I give up not my week month or year glad they honoured them for you though guessing it said 35 when you got them for that x
