I think these limits might be genuine as on flower, I've had 50g so far and I think it saying I have 40g still able to order, that would make my limit 90g for the month which is about right but I've not ever asked what my limit is. It saying 5 vapes limit too so that means to me I can have a max of 5 per month with flower, which is about right once i've kicked all my NHS pain meds. I'll have to check the Oils.

They obv don't know what they're doing...They emailed and message said that I had exceeded my limit because I'm on a rolling script and that this will auto renew soon...soon?

Am i reading this correctly? - They've just silently imposed limits on everyone mid-cycle? - i get the point in limits (although no limits was literally their USP) but to not communicate it (probably claim it was always policy) and then to enforce it mid cycle is absolute weasel brain behaviour.

Do you know what your limit is and does it meet your monthly needs?

I don't understand how they've imposed these without the patient needs being communicated. How are they supposed to know how much you need? Just based off monthly purchasing history?... yeah, great, because that's how medical conditions work, completely in tandem with previous purchasing patterns.
