Oh I didn't realise Greenway and 4C Labs are connected. Yeah I've had 20g of that so far and it's been the best for my sleep for sure. I was going to order it again until the Supreme Diesel. I'm going to save that until the late evenings and will probably keep getting it.
I had the same issue with BM weed too, not many strains helped me feel that sedated and tired. I like everything from the raciest Sativa to the heaviest Indica. Even though I try not to look at those labels too much because you never know until you've tried it half the time. But I only have the Sativas on my days off so I don't need much. I like a lot of Hybrids. But I really want that heavy couch lock, body high late in the evenings - with minimal cerebral effects if possible. I find usually straight Indicas or as close as possible have that effect.
Yeah I feel ya. Back in the day when I mostly just got Amnesia Haze from roadmen, it would cause massive issues with my sleep and keep me up. I've tried stopping before bed for a few years now. Honestly I think even 2 hours is best, but a lot of the time I just end up going for 1. I think the less cerebral before close to bed is better.
My problem is just due to my work schedule really because I can go from working late to working early. I'm someone who really needs a solid routine. I've always struggled with sleep, so if lose too much REM it just gets worse. Then I have to have caffeine and that gets out of hand. Stopping caffeine in the afternoon, having mostly body high strains late in the evening and stopping at least an hour before bed seems to help my REM.
That's another thing, if you're trying to be healthy having munchies doesn't help, but it's hard to avoid. I know some people need that though. With the junk food, I just try and have something healthy carb heavy relatively close to bed but not so much it messes with digestion. Even cereal or lentil cakes haha If I eat enough it will make me tired and it's not too high in calories.
Well mostly pain relief but my pain comes and goes and isn't that bad. Most stuff helps with that. Anything uplifting is always nice. But something to help me sleep makes the biggest difference with quality of life. I enjoy most terpenes and like trying different ones and unique profiles (getting tired of Limonene a bit though).
For sleep Pink Kush was always good, Kandy Kush, Tuna Kush (Most Kushes) - Forbidden Fruit was one of my faves, very tasty Indica. Purple Punch (although it's been ages since I've tried it) hence the Wedding Punch.
Earlier in the evenings I like a nice Hybrid preferably Indica leaning. I liked a nice couch lock with lots of Cerebel effects because it's fun for video games and very relaxing. Gorrilla Glue/GG4 was one of my favs and smells so good. Also like less couch lock, earlier in the day Hybrids: Pineapple Express one of my favs, Tangerine, Fruity Pebbles.
For Sativas earlier in the day when I have stuff to do, I don't want anything too strong. Casey Jones one of my favs, Durban Poisen, Strawberry Dream and sometimes Hazes but I'm a bit sick of them.

I haven't had too much yet, I'm trying to keep it in the jar for a while to make the most of it. But it's probably the best smelling medical I've had so far, not trying to overhype it or anything - but it smells exactly like a fruit punch. It's that kinda smell you just wanna keep your nose in the jar and only breath that for the rest of your life. Similar to the BM Tuna Kush and GG4 I used to get. I got the Pave Runtz with it and I think it smells better IMO Definitely smells better than the Pink Kush.
But that might just be because of the strains I've had recently, maybe it's just different to what I've been used to recently and I'm more sensitive to it? It might just be a personal preference. People are sleeping on it though I reckon. The trim quality wasn't great, buds don't look amazing, a bit too much stem. But very tasty enjoyable vape, tastes a lot like it smells, very smooth, relaxing effects with a nice cerebral energy.
I have another 10g on order a few days after tying it when there's tonnes of stuff I want to try so I think that's a good sign. I still need some more time with it though I think. I think it's worth a try, it's priced about right IMO
I'm finding the Pink Kush pretty good, especially for the price, not amazed by the terpenes though honestly. I think a lot of that just comes from the strain though personally, even the BM stuff I had the same feeling. Having said that, I did have some last night after it had longer in the jar than usual, and I did notice the taste much more. So maybe I didn't give it enough time due to the irradiation.

Seriously, I have him blocked on here so I don't see his vids in the feed. I will also refrain from saying more about DrewisOverSharing, if only not to gift him any attention.
But I will say that Smacksalad also tested the DB and got a lower reading and said that he realised his tester only goes up to 30%, so yeah, what @joint_account said, be wary...
For my view, my wife got the DB and I don't need a tester to see what happens to her eyes when she uses it

Good morning all, I finally decided to leave Alterna after a very mixed experience over 2.3 years, lost scripts, many emails gone missing, no tickets issued for problems, a lost complaint, constantly broken systems... I stuck with it until my recent quarterly review (.. that turned out to be something else! When the dust has settled I'll let you know the crazy tale) and 7 day wait for meds I needed as my sleep goto Peace Naturals® GMO had changed inside my last tub into some kind of hard, odourless marble sized tumbleweed. Magic! Aurora® SDO did the same months ago, they must have changed the mothers, different pheno. I told Alterna of this, nothing said.
Read this thread, checked with Medi, next day phone appt, today accepted. All within 48 hours.
If you don't need the overbearing "support" and sloooow service that Alterna supply, go to Medicann.
Now awaiting Discharge letter from Alterna ..... expecting cobwebs to appear on me while I wait.

Sounds like your experience is very similar to my partners though with everything that has gone on, since joining Medicann she's had zero issues, no anxiety or stress placed on her due to missing prescriptions, slow communication, out of stock items etc.. Everything is smooth with Medicann if you don't need a clinicians input!
Odd you mention the Aurora® Sourdough, I have their Cosmic Cream at the moment and for me it's different to the one I had a few months ago from effects, taste & smell, normally it's one I'd have on my prescription every month and with its arrival at Medicann I was buzzing but I'm feeling disappointed with it.

SDO, I asked Aurora®, no reply. I would imagine different Pheno, at the same time they released news of the SDO cart.. likely they hugely increased production and changed mothers. I assume no real person vapes the stuff at Aurora® and tests it like a real patient or a real grower! Likely only craft growers do that.

Honestly I try refrain from making such statements because I try give products/cultivators the benefit of the doubt especially if it's only 10 grams and the first time trying it, but I've had Cosmic Cream several times and it's effects, taste & smell are stored in my memory all for positive reasons and this 10G just seems wide of the mark

Was excited to grab the Sourdough for £50 this week but must admit disappointed in the flower, maybe just too old but nothing there, pretty dead for me.. 
received 3 days before expiry. Got the Jet Pilot for £30 few weeks back and so much more life in it even though was past expiry date

I was inches away from pulling the trigger on the £50 Farm Gas, cancelled my prescription for it based on how the Cosmic Cream is which expires in 02/2026, the Cosmic Cream is like yours pretty dead for me personally.. Aurora® quality seems to have dropped. Very sad, SDO enabled me to sleep for a year until it became a Sativa /j
The SDO cart works better than the flower, a clue that perhaps the original SDO mothers were used for the carts, hadn't thought about that possibility until now, ofc mothers also wear out and have a limited life, I think they tissue clone rather than simple cuts, anything could have happened.

Between those and the strawberry cough I feel I'm covered. The powders donuts and Supreme Diesel are fairly interchange in the afternoon as well.Sounds like your going to have daytime boxed off
Feels nice to be in the normal THC ranges again.
