Certain streamers have signed up recently to Medicann and been given 150g limits without issues according to them.
To be made to beg for medication just isnt my style and telling people to take tollerance breaks is bordering on taking the piss.
I am not a medical professional however, just a cannabis consumer of 30years. I dont know what things they have to jump through. I think this is an Integro thing. Also I am not sure the individual you or I was speaking to was a prescribing doctor. That is Dr Sunny. The people you speak to never make their medical credentials known in any way which leads me to believe they have none.

Like I even told the "person" I dont metabolise cannabis when I eat it like 20% of the population but he still said "buy an oil".
At that point I was convinced they were just working from a script. The fact you have had near identical conversations makes me think that even more.
absolutely mate, having worked in customer service I came off that call certain it was scripted/tick box exercise and my request for an increase was similar to someone asking persil for a replacement box rather than a voucher lol! I have bought the cheapest oil to show compliance but am still in two minds whether to email them and politely ask whether it could still be increased slightly to be honest the tolerance break comment did piss me off especially as it was clearly read from a prompt - if only it were that bloody simple lol! I do completely understand why they approach it that way, especially as I’m literally 2 weeks in with them rn, as much as no push back would have been great for my situation it def does show a degree of responsibility. From what I’ve read tho people seem to have had pretty good/responsive interactions with medicann via email so I feel it might be worth a shot, just don’t want to end up pissing them off while trying get an actual allowance of meds that works for my needs, otherwise it’s back to bm for the next 2 weeks while I wait for my allowance to reset (which also falls on a day I’m bloody away lol)

Like you say I completely understand and respect there are rules so don’t wanna step on their toes being pushy, and not after a ridiculous increase but don’t wanna have to resort back to bm just to get through lol

Emailing worked a treat, just explained that I am gonna try the oil but gave reasoning why a delayed onset is no help to sudden flare ups and that current limit wasn’t gonna keep symptoms managed, all very nice and politely ofc - they just responded asking what I require and got it increased to 120, faith restored! Thank you so much again for your help, and to everyone else on this thread as well cause being totally new to MC in a legal sense, and Medicann specifically, this has proved a godsend for making sense of the way it all works, especially as it seems like that’s changed around the time I’ve joined

Thats great news. Going through the process shows it works at least.
They always have been kind to me and look to help whenever they can. Its understandable when new to a clinic that you dont want to be making waves but then equally its important to get things right from the start.

It's not often I look on Medicanns formulary but if you look at the amount £65 and below against the amount above that price then it seems pretty top heavy to me like Mamedica®'s used to be when I was patient there but thats just going off a snapshot looking at it a minute ago.

Medicann do not directly operate a pharmacy service, but dispense medication in partnership with IPS. Medicann stock is held separately and is not available…
