I don’t care when the gelato 33 comes mate it’s about the service or experience. They gave me an ETA, then changed the ETA, fine things happen, but then today have told me they can’t give ETA’s and I should just keep refreshing the portal. So why did they already give me two ETA’s then? The inconsistency is maddening. Then when I explained how stressful that is, they basically told me if I don’t like it to go somewhere else. Which is fine, I would have fucked off a good month or two ago if I wasn’t stuck in the middle of a flipping industrial mould investigation.

I hear you—it’s really frustrating when communication is inconsistent, especially with something as important as medication. It’s understandable to feel stressed when you're caught in a situation like that, especially with everything else going on.

I came here looking to reduce stress levels regarding getting meds sorted, if anything it has increased. Stalking drops vs stock bots like a new hype pair of trainers or an nvidia graphics card. It’s flipping medicine for flips sake I don’t have the energy for this.

Even though it is taking considerable time back and forthing with emails over a several month long basis, waiting for the courier collection etc, which effects my earnings as I have to take time away from work. How much do you typically use a month? If it's under 60g then I'd check out Auravia, they'll order in from any pharmacy for you and it's low cost.

I wouldn't even bother trying to fight this mould issue anymore to be honest but that's just because I think they'll tell you it was all fine or something ludicrous.

To be fair the mould seems to be getting dealt with properly and is supposedly going off for full lab testing so I am looking forward to the results. Either they find mould and I am vindicated, or they don’t and it proves they are full of crap

The ETA was initially a vague it could take over a month and now it’s up to 3 months. I think realistically, much like the gelato 33 ETA, it’s a case of how long is a piece of string.

Contemplated the Cannabis Clinic Cardiff move myself, but I haven't been done wrong with Medicann so I feel there's no need to switch, if it ain't broke don't fix it kinda thing for me.

I've got my appt on Friday but they've provisionally reviewed what I need and said they can do it (didn't want to waste £250 without assurances).

Paid the money, sent everything over so I'm hoping by this time next week I'll be looking at where to send my script.

For me the thing was value, I'm paying more here than I would be at CCC despite the fees because of the pharmacy access and then when I spoke to Medicann last week I just found them insanely rude so I took it as a sign from the universe lol.

Did similar maths to you, going back to December/January 4 months/Quarter and I'm not far financially from the amounts you're at, but then I realised that's for both me and my partner so it's not bad

Totally understand your frustrations though, that money can be utilised at any pharmacy of your choice instead of being locked in with Medicann/ IPS, hope everything works out for you mate!
