There's a lot of people who can't work or on very low incomes so it suits their, our pockets.

There's a lot of people that do actually work, like myself and are still on extremely low incomes and as their hard earnt low pay is only relative to The World's economics...they and I are also f'ed...I'm NHS employed and work full time. But, check this out, Universal Credit still pay me each month because my wages don't meet the National Standard Threshold!!!

It’s nice enough mate but I just find it particularly effective for some of what I’m dealing with so it’s probably more a reflection on me or how it effects me than the flower in isolation if that makes sense?

Absolutely it makes sense, nothing better than finding a flower that ticks all the right boxes for your particular needs. Its like playing roulette most of the time until you find one that works. Fingers and toes crossed for you dude, hope it pops up soon and you get a few packs.

I think the NHS employs 1.2 million people now. More than the number of soldiers at the end of WW2.
The frontline is where the NHS happens, its now almost the only stable employer left in the public sector that hasnt been outsourced.
Edit: Went and checked its even more.
Second biggest employer in the world behind the Peoples Republic Army of China.

Afternoon good folks! Having some right faff with Medicann and their dispensary at the moment and I am pretty amazed at their responses to emails. They are lippy and short with patients who have legitimate concerns about prescriptions and delivery. I don't suffer fools gladly and generally shoot both barrels at those who piss me off, so while im pulling through the barrels with cleaning cloth and oil in preparation for firing off some pretty fiesty emails to relevant bods, has anyone else had issues with them in this area and how did you deal with it. Ta muchly.

That would be about right. Prior to that, it was laughably easy, request in the morning, signed off before lunch, paid before 2 in the post and im my hands the next day before 1300hrs, amazon prime would struggle to compete. Message from Royal Mail at 2030hrs on day of dispatch, letting me shift delivery to my local post office, two doors up. Friendly with the post master, who pops my package in if I dont manage to make it back home before he shuts for the eve. How good is that? Since the hand over, I dont get consistent messages for redirection from royal mail, so miss rearranging delivery and get stuck in the BS loop of trying to get my parcel out of the hands of the redcoats. Try to talk to Medicann about it and get messages from folk who have obviously either had a staff discount and hammered it too much whilst at work. Or are just plain shit at customer/patient care. Appalling responses to messages with genuine concerns and no attempts to make things right. Was seriously considering not ordering this morning and finding BM instead as the past process was such a feck about I ended up with a three day crippling migraine from the stress. Bit crap when a patient finds the process so stressful they will consider not buying meds from their clinic/pharmacy to avoid the stress.

All the points you raise are not a laughing matter however.
Hearing more and more peoples interactions does seem that its not personal, its a bit more systemic.
They arent that bothered it seems. I wonder if they dislike " Medicann" patients and if we have a little tickbox next to our name on their customer service platform.

Interestingly enough I am hearing rumblings that Integro who used to partner with Big Narstie no longer do so due to his promotional antics.
Also completely unconfirmed rumours Big Narstie arent allowed to distribute flower at present.

Medicann UK appears to me to be a 'No Frills' type medical cannabis clinic (although, they're sexy new website platform layout is very stylish and is aesthetically pleasing, well done the lads). What you see is generally what you get here once onboarding hassle-free!

No BS. no fees, no consultants and next day delivery before 1pm, I mean what else could you perceively and/or possibly want/need?

I'd presume that the short sharp shooter blunt responses to customer emails are more to do with the velocity of emails and the fact that they are just as much in the dark, as we are, when it comes to relevant on demand med based info...if you think Medicann UK is bad, you should try Releafed & Stryo Pharms PMSL

Alright mate, i tried to see if i could redirect my delivery last weekend as I thought i wouldn't be in to recieve it. I couldn't find anything to do this as my order had already been posted. If you think your not going to be about for your delivery you can add notes on your prescription delivery option if this helps. I've never done it so I could be talking nonsense here but I thought you could only reroute once it was actually out for delivery, otherwise the option doesn't show. That's what I've gathered from reading posts over the years.

BNM and integro completely cut ties. Rumour BNM cannot distribute new flower hence nothing from them recently.
All due to BNM advertising on social media etc.

That doesnt exist any more. The BNM/integro clinic thats what i mean by cutting ties. If you look on his website there is no reference to integro any more. I can source paper articles where integro have clearly stated they have no further relationship with him although they did previously pay him.
They are behind paywalls though so just trust me bro

Sure but they partnered previously with Integro (our new provider) is all. Thats been nixed. And his flower from what im hearing.
