The oil options on Medicann are seriously lacking right now. Only a handful of options and all are low strength.

Indeed, very, very low compared to what has been available previously

I would expect a timely Curaleaf oil + vape restock next week, maybe even over the weekend as both formats are low.

Nicely spotted and I'm tempted as it's payday and I'm looking, I'm going to hang on as nothing will post till Monday and they may restock the <£55 aisle with bargains yet as there's a £65 Sativa that's tempting me, I'm used to a haze being used to describe crap bm weed and am a sceptic until I try.

Hey all.

Anybody had this with Medicann before?

Ordered yesterday and changed my address on the order as I have moved (could not update my profile address). All paperwork shows the correct address but Royal Mail have attempted delivery at my old address.

No idea why as everything, invoice, receipt etc shows updated address. This means nothing until at least Tuesday if I can reroute it and if not, the strain is out of stock now anyways.

Have emailed them. But, assume not much more I can do?

Yes I had issues with addresses for a few deliveries as they were sending it without a flat number.
There is a difference in between the address the pharmacy VPS used and the one medicann was holding and the pharmacy kept defaulting to the old one rather than the one I had changed on script assist. This took a few messages and notes to the pharmacy itself to resolve. Sounds similar to your issue.
I dont think there is anything in the mean time that can be done but at least you know whats happened.

Nasty! Commercial bulk RM customers will send a "manifest" of what they are sending to the collecting RM DO. Then the filled RM bags or trollies are fitted with data tags that the driver scans on collection. That and the manifest and the address label with bar code can hold conflicting data and addresses! I taught a few post people and used to work a a student sorting etc, it always surprises me how they manage to deliver anything, the management is awful!

So annoying. Especially as I missed an event this morning as was waiting in for the delivery.

Any ideas what Medicann will do? Just refund or replace? Assume they won’t replace as it’s OOS

They may refund, problem is it takes time. RM have to investigate the loss first, report to their customer, the pharm, who then decide what to do, where does the fault lie. If you have a paper/email trail re the address change, send it to the pharm/clinic to remind them!

Some people wait weeks, others faster, so fingers crossed for you.
