Thanks for the speedy reply, indeed both strains you mentioned are showing as available on the Medicann App + IPS, We are missing a large portion of flower especially from the 4C Labs range & quite a few others, does MediCann have a specific formulary different from IPS?

They almost identical, sometimes they may get strains exclusive for us. 4C Labs arrived yesterday at IPS so we are just awaiting before we can add this to the formulary.

I've sent them over this very simple spreadsheet this morning so hopefully they can acknowledge what's going on now, weird thing is that the Medicann app also has quite a few strains not available on the IPS spreadsheet so its quite conflicting data tbf... the person I spoke to yesterday did say that "sometimes they may get strains exclusively for us" so that is reading true atm for certain thingsJust went through every producer and this is the results for the flower side of things (from the live IPS formulary)

Have you tried phoning IPS lately? I was in a queue of 11 people for 55 mins just to get through and find out my script wasn't even there yet (call back again tomorrow they said)For sure.
I have heard IPS have been overloaded lately so maybe it's a system admin job that just fell to one side and things haven't been updated properly.

Yeah this might very well be a IPS issue but the spreadsheet is throwing us all off by claiming its updated hourly everyday so who knows yet, rn it looks like Medicann are getting a restricted formulary from IPS but I might be wrong (it does actually say this in the small print under clinics for MediCann)It's crazy isn't it! I had one of them a week or so ago but rang them a couple of days ago and was number 2 in the queue but the person who answered forwarded my call for someone to phone back so it seems to be a bit different this week and maybe others can confirm if this has been their experience the last few days or I just struck luckyIt's crazy isn't it!
