Clinics Medicann UK

And me do you think we will get any 🤕🤞

If you have a nosey of the screenshot from Stefan I can see some products with an expiry of 01/26 so I'd expect to see some discounts throughout December.

Phant D1, Sitka Double Baked Cake, Muzo Sudz are all 01/26.

Delighted to say I have just received an email straight from the Medicann COO saying a credit has been applied to my account for the full amount so I can get a replacement, to email him the request and he will make sure it gets discounted correctly, and the mould has been raised to the pharmacy. Pure class, couldn’t be happier I switched clinics now 🙏💯💚😁

That is how it's done!

No making you wait, making you fight, playing you off against this company or that company , pharmacy/clinic/etc, no-one taking responsibility

Refund today, then they can take their sweet time working out if it's really mould, what happened and all the rest

This doesn't make them squeaky clean in my view by any stretch but this is a major area of hassle, and potentially very dangerous for some patients with mould, and so this kind of response is very good to hear 👍

Glad you got it sorted @williemed

sorry I'm not very techy... i have just placed my 1st order with meidcann and did find doing it on the app a bit awkward as I'd put something in my basket then try to go back to pick something else and it wiped my basket and started again.
anyhow.... Stefan's post are really helpful, is the bar at the bottom the changes and the google doc the full formulary ?

i can see the bar but get a 403 access error code on the full doc, what am i doing wrong ?

Hi @cornucopia, Don't get discouraged, It's just the technology they use for the web interface (java) and NOT in any way your fault!! To give you a little tip, don't refresh the page after you add the item to your basket, when you refresh the page they will wipe the basket clean (how that passed QA and testing I don't know).
What bar at the bottom? If you are referring to my signature, It's the same link as the sheet in the post I reply to; the pictures I reply with are the changes in the last hour. The version of the sheets you see gets updated every hour, then I post the differences between the last versions.

Honestly I don't know what that is about.. This is what I see even in incognito mode, not signed in on the forum:

The only reason I decided to post the HTML and not the google sheets doc is the privacy and offline viewing (not logged in on Google).

it works fine on my iphone but the screen is a bit too small so its hard to see the stock list, so i changed web browser from edge to firefox and it works perfectly.
its so much easier to see whats in stock and whats new, thanks Stefan (y)

Hey @Stefan

What colour is shown for a price change? Been keeping an eye out for greens as I have worked out that is new to the formulary. But is there a colour code for price changes?

What colour code should I use? I'm really bad on the front end side, can't ever decide how things should look...

I don’t think it needs anything specific. Just something quick to see. Maybe purple or orange?

As then the jpg’s you are posting can be glanced at for quick checks if there is anything new and/or price changes rather than opening each to check.
