Delighted to say I have just received an email straight from the Medicann COO saying a credit has been applied to my account for the full amount so I can get a replacement, to email him the request and he will make sure it gets discounted correctly, and the mould has been raised to the pharmacy. Pure class, couldn’t be happier I switched clinics now

Do Medicann deal with getting medical records for new patients

Best thing to do is get the NHS app setup, then when they first call you, they'll email you a link to a portal login where they can see your records. If that doesn't work or you're unable to, they will contact your GP to get the records. The entire process took about 3 weeks for me.

Can you e mail them or do you have to ring

You make an appointment via the app and they will call you on the phone.

No making you wait, making you fight, playing you off against this company or that company , pharmacy/clinic/etc, no-one taking responsibility

Refund today, then they can take their sweet time working out if it's really mould, what happened and all the rest

This doesn't make them squeaky clean in my view by any stretch but this is a major area of hassle, and potentially very dangerous for some patients with mould, and so this kind of response is very good to hear

I reckon another wave of discounts is due and look at the cookies yesterday dropped to £60 at Mamedica® so that may come on your formulary and I reckon its wise to wait at the moment especially if you can order at anytime but if there is something you want like say ATD then just get it.

I've just got my daytime medicating back on track and ASG although lovely is not for use before 5ish here now or as another poster said it just turns you into Tommy Chong and I couldn't of put it better myself.
