Hi folks, quick questions from a newbie please...
Has anyone changed their address with Medicann after enrollment? Was it easy?
And can you get delivered to any address or just your registered address?
I'm in the process of signing up, but have recently moved - I still have my GP etc at my parents address and don't want to be forced to change surgery just yet if they realise I've moved (I've got pending assessments that I want to complete before i change surgeries)... so I'd like to register with my parents address so that GP records all match etc, then change the address agyer the fact as it were. Worst case I suppose I could get my first delivery to my parents and then change address later.

Thank you very much for the welcome and prompt reply, I will stick with parents address for now and change/add another afterwards.Hi @bioai and welcome aboardonce you have access to the app you can add/change delivery addresses in the settings, not had to do it myself but seems pretty straightforward

Seems I've hit my first hurdle - as far as I can tell I am eligible (have eligible conditions and no contraindications declared) but when trying to submit to clinic I get an error saying I'm not eligible.
It makes no sense to me to be honest, anyone else come across this before?
Maybe i should havfollowed the instruction on their website and used the app, rather than trying to use the script assist website?
pretty gutted atm hopefully this is just a glitch...

Scratch that sorry, I just downloaded the app, logged in and submitted again and it worked...
Nearly deleted my last post but actually someone else might find this useful to know so have just updated with this post instead.

While I'm here, just want to thank everyone in this forum thread as I've read the entire thread, and found it very helpful. I was going to wait a couple of months (due to finances) and go with another clinic, however after reading everything here I have taken the plunge immediately.

Yea had it when it was £30 or £40 a little while back. Worst one I've had on medical so far so couldn't recommend it. The buds looked okay, but made me feel a bit sick consuming it
