Two and a half hours and counting without an email reply. I guess I'm not the only one experiencing issues with the new app as they normally reply in minutes!

scriptassistv2 was always bound to clog up the system, just try your best not to put yourself in the position to cancel again now we know its like this :(

remember there is plenty more stock to come, all the new 4C Labs stuff + more of the GSR stuff - its all still in stock atm in IPS so we defo getting some

Well that’s partly why I’m kicking myself mate because it’s the first time I’ve ever tried reserving something like that and of course it immediately blew up in my face for trying to be clever 🤦‍♀️I agree with you on the pave 34 it’s a beauty, well grown, cured, tasty. Just doesn’t seem to help my muscle tension like I thought it would on paper. Great for sleep though so still money well spent.

I have something awaiting pay. Then I got one of the OGKB when they came in and was able to order than also. 2 separate items, different orders. Can pay for either or both.

Ah. Got it.

But, based on how it worked for me. Can just select another of the thing he wants, order it. And it will process without having to cancel the other.

Obviously that depends on if it in stock.

I just had one script awaiting payment and couldn’t make another request until i paid for it or it cancelled so I just wanted to cancel the whole script. Support have finally helped me. But you say you had two active on the new system at once? They told me that should not be possible so I think the new app is very buggy 😅

Yep. Maybe it was just a bug.

But. I ordered the Cherry CC on the 19th. Didn’t pay.

Then ordered the OHKB on the 21st. Accepted. Didn’t pay. CC order still active.

Payed for the CC yesterday. Arrived today.

OHKB is still active and available to pay.

If you check the dates. I ordered the CC on the 19th and paid on the 22nd

I ordered the OGKB on the 21st. Whilst the CC order was open and not yet paid.

Just heard back from support and apparently they have sorted it all out! Old script cancelled, new script is with the pharmacy and will be dispatched today. Very impressed if they pull that off 🙏🔥
