That happens automatically, with a lag. Lag = more difficulty. Patients get frisky, surge, whoopee,pause,not whoopee, leave, surge. repeat. Very difficult to manage resources due to the timing being near unpredictable.

we need a patient co-op, i have brought at least 15 people to Medicann. all spending about 400-500 a month. and thats just me. we are the buying power. thats like 7500 a month income just from me and my cohorts

imagine the buying power of 1000 patients direct with the growers, or 10000. like how they use their numbers to gain preferable costings with suppliers.

its almost as if they assume we are all braindead.

when the experience gets too shit i will move with my friends, I have no doubt our loss will be filled but i would argue my mates are very cannabis experienced and require zero hand holding and are regular big spenders. so the question medicann need to ask themselves is whether they want quantity over quality regarding patients. i know the correct answer having been in sales and management all of my life.....

Although I'm a patient that's mostly satisfied I don't recommend Medicann to anyone anymore. To many red flags across the board for me to be recommended patients come here.

I suspect I'll be off before the end of the year.

Have you heard from anyone yet? - I'll be honest mate, I don't think they give a shit about fixing this for you. If Sunny hasn't come sprinting to the rescue by now then I don't see them magically opening things up.

I wonder what happens if you retract your mould complaints. does that void the investigation and re-opem the formulary?

On Thursday I asked what I should do if I run out of medication, and was fobbed off with a "Management are actively speaking with the suppliers, as soon as we have an update for you we will contact you.", so Friday I replied requesting they ask management the same question as they must have some sort of duty of care here but have yet to receive a reply.

On Thursday I asked what I should do if I run out of medication, and was fobbed off with a "Management are actively speaking with the suppliers, as soon as we have an update for you we will contact you.", so Friday I replied requesting they ask management the same question as they must have some sort of duty of care here but have yet to receive a reply.

This is insanity to me. Both the closure of the formulary and ignoring your emails and questions are unforgivable by themselves.

I think it's disgusting the way they've handled this.

I Can't even think of a way out of this without taking into your own hands and leaving but that's a ball ache in and of itself.

yeah im very lucky.i have a little group of friends to stop anyone buying shit, sending photos of meds etc so i can show mates what to buy or swerve. i hate to see folk buy wank ( i have been in this market for 7 years so im seen as an elder of the system)

i speak to them all daily, 3 of the 15 are family. i get asked for recommendations etc, advise on vape gear ( i have had fucking loads), we move kit between us to save people money etc rather than purchasing new, for example. i got a cannabis hardware airstream for £270 (but tbf hes one of my best mates) from one and there is currently a moab on offer for £250. some of my mates incomes are way greater than others. this helps balance shit out a bit

Re Willie someone should be dealing with his issues directly with the clinic on his behalf. doing these types of things to unwell people can lead to tragedy. None of this should be at a detriment to your mental or physical health.

then add in collective bargaining at a later date. The issue is the following. These services cannot be offered for free as you would expect proactive and responsive representation

things i would do if i were to start a union

set a recommended price cap for union members and advise them not to go over it. Drag those prices down

employment advice and representation. Protect members all costs and hold employers to account and to the letter of the law. representation at disciplinaries

regional officers with intimate knowledge of the disability discrimination act and employment law to represent staff

Travel advice

clinic complaint handling and follow up

discounts on kit

24/7 advice line

collective bargaining

a type of fund for people experiencing financial difficulties to allow treatment to continue in the short term

also you dont make the union a member of the TUC. This keeps it way out of politics and bribery and remaining loyal to its members

If anyone is interested Id recommend the Purple Push Pop as well btw from IPS. It's usually £75, now it's £65. I had it over December and it put my lights out.

Florida OG smalls from LIT at £55 is a banger as well.

Yeah, I'm not to familiar with the Grow family but aren't they set up a bit like 4C Labs where's a few different growers under them? Safricanna, etc.

I was very surprised with PPP. It's not elite or anything but for medical mids you can do worse is my experience.

In my 4 years I've generally come to learn that shunning brands can be a slippery slope towards missing out on decent medication.

If you're wanting a top level smoke then you're not getting one with it but when you've utter drivel like Sun County Kush looking like my dead nan has grown it then it adds a little perspective for me.

It's certainly the most terpy grow flower I've had, not that I can recall many mind you.

I want my evening meds for do one thing for me, KO me. Luckily PPP delivered on that front.

But I get it, a lot of Grow flower leaves a lot to be desired so I get the arguments for avoiding them completely..
