Sonny told me there was no limit when he called me and said they were happy to welcome me to the clinic as a patient he said make sure you try pick ones over 25% i said is there an amount or anything I’m allowed and he said your allowed what ever you need to help you order anything you want but might be as iv got ds1500 and rs1 and on oxycodone so weed is pretty tame compared and told him I won’t take the brake though liquid so didn’t want me in pain he said make sure you have enough selection in to try to keep pain to minimum or best you can he was sound was super quick call but yeah I haven’t ever ordered 250 in a month I wish I could afford to and if add it to what iv had it’s a massive limit if that’s what it is but I’d say it’s probably the value of the box won’t be covered over 2k or something

Then @Fiddlesticks discovered a way that seems to tell us our max limits and seems to be accurate but I'm not sure how we confirm this. unless someone has maxed it out and had experiences with losing access to the formulary.

If you go over your max limit the whole formulary for flower vanishes for a month until the prescription goes 28 days.
I have no issue with the system. I havent tested trying to mass order one product with the allowance.
That is just downright dirty and despicable behaviour!

But if yours is really 20g a month hope they don’t plan to mess with everyone’s yet is a business so think money would be there priority although should be patients at the end of the day there a business and that’s clear by way they have got stock in before just to sell reduced that wasn’t on the menu and other things they do that are clearly to make money and the way they push the app towards the more expensive weed

I would imagine they have generic guidance for different conditions and then you're able to request more on a case by case basis.

I have no idea mate but it is nice to know others remember this too and I’m not going crazy! They told me limits had been in place since the very start, but I have never seen a number or limit until very recently and I remember being told there was no limits too when I signed up and the dr would just keep an eye on my usage. It can’t be BM experience I have plenty of that. To be fair 90 is plenty for me but it is puzzling

As long as that’s enough for you then it’s all good and yeah I’m thinking the people that needed more dr lead or new to cannabis will maybe Get limits set and rest of us will probably have a max of 250g but il never need that a month as probably be more money than well would be more money than get to pay the bills and everything don’t think anyone could really afford 250g in a month even if it was all on offer iv been spending few hundred a month and even that’s a lot of money to spend on pain relief but I don’t have the option to be bed bound for days and need to be here when the dogs need me and they don’t even like me being in a different room hate going out and leaving them but think they probably go to sleep after the boys they stop howling like wolfs it’s crazy they even pull there heads up when they do it like wolfs going to try take them out for short walk as not raining and dog leads finally arrived and they will hopefully eat and sleep better then as there not barley eating and all lost weight can see not that do them any harm pug had a waste lol… but dose worry me there still
Grieving so much too probably they feel it off me and see me crying but trying to make them happy my oldest still isn’t talking to me and she used to go some days others not so guess see if she wants to go for a walk maybe help I won’t be able to go far but half the Excitement is just getting the leads on and barking excited to go or whatever used to be they haven’t asked at all bless them

Erm, I'd probably trial and error with them to be honest. I'm sure you have already. I don't really know if anyone is better than the other for sleep but you may find one is far more tolerable to use during the day without knackering you out. My initial thought is Apples and Gas is better for sleep but its not just about THC% - How are you finding them so far?

I agree with @TreeFan - all of those meds are quite potent for sleep imo.

Tyson 2.0 has bad reviews from some people and Tiger Milk is an acquired taste but it is by far the best sleep medication I have ever used on medical. PPP is close but Tiger Milk hits me crazy.

This might not be helpful for you but I have found that there is no miracle sleep cure, at least not for me. I've really needed additional support, from small things like adding in 30 minutes of light exercise and cutting out caffeine entirely. My therapist says to me we don't have sleep problems, we have awake problems. Meaning that when you're asleep you're fine but it's when you wake and struggle to sleep again - that's what needs some attention.

Meditation, journalling, light Exercise and no caffeine along with decent sleep strains have been the winning combo for me.

Take it easy mate, you'll get through things even if it takes a little bit of time.

What do you use to vape? Or do you smoke mostly?

The whole Sativa Vs Indica thing doesn't mean anything, never has. If you're buying meds based on that distinction then I can see how things will be frustrating.

I would recommend Looking up the strains that have worked for you on MedBud.

Check their terpene profile and see if there are one to three terpenes that keep showing up.

Go to the MedBud formulary and Use the terpene filter on the left. Tick the ones you found.

That will show you meds with a similar profile that have a decent chance of being effective.

Alternatively the other semi reliable option, use lineage instead.

Go to MedBud and look at those same strains that have worked for you in the past and Look at their parent strains - see if those are available.

If they are great. If they're not or you're not keen on them go back to the formulary page on MedBud.

Go down to lineage and tick the strains that have worked for you. The results will be strains that are children of strains that have worked for you.

Imo these are the only reliable ways we have to identify medication that works. Sativa/Indica isn't going to yield reliable results, neither will review although review can be helpful for freshness and grow quality they won't be for figuring out if something is right. - you have to rely on terpenes and lineage for that imo.

It should be but MC is almost an education in and of itself and it's something you need to apply yourself to in order to figure it out. Especially if you have specific needs for your meds.
