Just looking and we're not catching these price drops on the discount board or Holly in the thread so something is going amiss I think as these should show up on the discount board at least:unsure:
Noticed @Muiredach deleted the Medicann (Via IPS) yesterday evening, and cross referencing the Medicann app with the MedBud formulary it seems to be missing 6 flower products 🧐

All Nations Lemon Gelato
Dalgety High Society Oracle
Dalgety High Society Heritage
Dalgety Marshmellow OG
Upstate Mimosa Orange Punch
4C Labs Grape Cream Cake

They're the ones I can see on Medicann app on the discounted section but I can't find them on the MedBud formulary.

Yes I put that thread up when I updated all the pharmacy threads yesterday but it was done in error as it's only on the pharmacy page on the main site to display the formulary with the others and he'll need to have a look to see what the issue is as it think it may be happening with another formulary too.

hmmm paid today for my order at 12.39 and still had no deleviry details,it still says processing order on scriptassist anybody else haveing problems today
Same here mate, ordered and paid before 2pm and no delivery details were sent. I guess this is just a technical error and will be sorted in the morning.

I had an order submitted at the weekend that processed normally with tracking updated.
Every time I thought there was problems in the past it ends up sorting itself out.
Fingers crossed for you tomorrow.

The problem seems to be it's not picking up the revised price on Medicanns formulary so not recognising it's below rrp to put it on the discount board :unsure:

Hmmm definitely something out of sync mate, hopefully nothing major for @Muiredach, it seems to be keeping tabs on everything else like items going out of stock, stock numbers 👀
 
From what I've seen after the API update scriptassist are still changing a lot of things and it makes sense for stuff to fail on Monday after the weekend patch/maintenance window. Most likely they didn't test shit before they pushed to live, I wonder if they have a test env or do any tests on the CI/DC pipeline..

That would make sense regards the other formulary that is behaving the same as that is script assist too .
 
Unfortunately Medicann confirmed it's a system issues that affected some prescriptions and they were not processed by the pharmacy yesterday. They do say they will prioritize the dispatch but that means I'll have no medication for today.. bad planning on my part, bad communication on Medicann and bad service from scriptassist as always ..

Am soz u r experiencing this as I did similarly last week, I was literally climbing walls for a bit.

Eh... shit like this happen sometimes. I work in IT for the past 20 or so years and I'm aware of system issues and failures in some cases but scriptassist is really taking the piss on this. They most likely have a small monopoly on the market and don't give a shit but honestly if my systems failed like this I would be asked to leave in 3.4 seconds and all clients would be looking for an alternative solution.

Yep, same here - I'd be long fired pushing any of this out to production. I'm amazed that the iOS app passes AppStore review with the seizure inducing Face ID log on glitch.
